A wonderful cozy home tucked back near the Tennis Center. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The owners performed an excellent job remodeling the place. Thank you for providing a place for our visit to Clearwater.

Convenient & Close to Everything

What a pleasant surprise on where this home is located. It's a cute little neighborhood that's off the main roads. We appreciated the multiple speed bumps on the street since we had our fur babies with us. We were able to walk them in the mornings without the trama of cars racing down the road. They even provided dog waste bags :-)The house itself is very cute and decorated nicely. I loved the kitchen with all items needed for a comfortable stay. They don't have a regular coffee maker, just a Kureg, but they provided pods. We like to bring our own specialty coffee, but this isn't a big deal since Dunkin Donuts is 5 minutes away. There are beach towels and chairs to use as well. Everything you need for a fun family vacation to the beach. Don't forget your sunscreen and bug spray, the mosquitoes are a mess. This house is super close to the beach. Only about 10 minutes from 1 area and 20-27 minutes to the busy Pier 60. We took a dinner cruise out of the marina there and had a GREAT time. Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Could Have Been Better

When we arrived at the VRBO, the pin to the front door was 1234, and when asked to update it, it took nearly 4 hours for a response. We didn’t get to the booking until 5pm and was greeted with the cleaning crew still at the home, that is understandable though as the host informed us the other cleaning crew had an emergency and needed to leave but this one would be late. Quite a few items were broken including a dining room chair, some blinds, and things stunk. This is a dog friendly booking but bear in mind it unfortunately smells like one too. The couch smelled very strong of dog, and the master bedroom bed also did. The sheets were cleaned but you could still smell. The neighborhood isn’t that great either so please do your research on that. We seen two roaches at the property as well. One in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. The one in the bathroom was thankfully dead but the one in the kitchen was not. From the one being dead it seems they do spray for bugs, and roaches are hard to control in a house with city septic but I did just want to note.

A week in Clearwater !

We enjoyed every bit of this property the three separate bedrooms, HOT running water (which we didn’t have at previous house), and the dishwasher, made cooking / cleaning every night effortless. Only 30 mins from St.Pete’s, 20 mins from Clearwater, and very easy for our Ubers to find our house!

Family Reunion!

We had a great time in Clearwater and enjoyed our stay at our vrbo. Everything was clean and quaint. We were very close to our family reunion events. The beaches were about 15 minutes away which isn't bad. Lots of restaurants and stores for any needs.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was all updated, clean, with comfy beds and furniture. It was a perfect location! Close to Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Clearwater Beach. Lots of parks, bike trails, stores, and restaurants as well. We would stay again.

Nice 2-bedroom home, convenient location

Very nice, clean two bedroom home with laundry facilities, dishwasher, and 1 bathroom. Close to major roads make it easy to get to many places!
