  • A charming Florida apartment, less than 100 yards to the gorgeous, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped, two-bedroom, one-bath, first-floor apartment. The apartment features a full kitchen, back patio, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, HDTV, and complimentary access to laundry facilities. We are adjacent to a beautiful waterfront park with a sand volleyball court and a block away from the Splash Harbor Waterpark.
    - Perfectly located in the heart of town, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. With two free parking spots right at your door, you can park the car and explore everything on foot. Everything you need—fun, food, and essentials—is within walking distance.
    Enjoy the convenience of two free parking spaces outside your door. Rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis are close by, and the beach trolley makes it easy to travel along the coast.

Awesome IR cottage

Super friendly dog staycay. They provide so many great things to make your pup happy and she was!! The provisions provided for beach days are so appreciated.

Great location in IRB

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Dog friendly and greeted with a nice welcome basket. They have beach chairs available to use. Host is very responsive and makes you feel welcomed. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

Fantastic location with easy check in, unit was perfect for a small group of friends. Owner was very responsive. Only suggestion would be a few more towels, or mention for guests to bring their own. Great stay!

Perfect!!

Our family of 4 were impressed with our stay at Beach trail Lodging. Close walking distance to the beach and everything you need in IRB. Dog friendly which is hard to find in IRB. Host pays close attention to details making for a memorable and comfortable stay! We will definitely be back when we can spend more time!

Quiet and relaxing stay

We enjoyed this property because it was quite well stocked with essentials and snacks, and the area was super walkable! The home is a couple of blocks from the beach, and all of the restaurants we tried were excellent! Friendly people, laid-back atmosphere and great communication from the property owners. The photos are accurate - this is a basic property with some older features but this didn’t stand in the way of a very nice trip.

Beach trip with the Fam!

Pretty cool experience! Love the dog friendliness and the doggie basket that was provided. It’s super hard to plan a trip with four legged family members and this place was more than welcome. The location was super close to the beach and many other locations for food were within walking distance. Overall, the family and I had a great time! 10 out of 10, will come back again!

Quaint place. Perfect location

Mary and her team are the best. We walked to some of the finest dining and entertainment IRB has to offer.

Great location!

We had a great stay! Beach is a short < 2 block walk away. The beach chairs, towels and board were great to use since we traveled by plane. We explored many other beaches in the area, and had a great time.

Perfect cottage by the sea

We had a wonderful experience at this beach rental. The place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Management was friendly and COVID-19 safety protocols were in place however, done in a warm and welcoming way. An amazing location a block from the beach and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town. If you are a CrossFit enthusiast this place is less than a block from an amazing box.

Perfect Beach Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It is the best location to walk to the beach or restaurants. The property management thought of all the details. They had masks, hand sanitizer, snack tray, waters and a bunch of other amenities ready for us. We will definitely look here again for our next beach trip.

Great Getway
