Location is perfect!!!

Wonderful property. Short walk to the beach. We loved the fact that our backyard was a pool and the bay. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to various restaurants, grocery store and beach.

Third time staying at this property first time with new management company Beach Time Rentals. They were great! Very nice staff and accommodating.

Great accommodations

Excellent place for a family of 14. Great ocean views. Short walk to the beach and grocery store. Pool onsite is an added bonus. Restaurant nearby. Great vacation.

Very spacious, beautiful location

We were in town for a family wedding. The condo was beautiful and spacious - able to accommodate 8 of us comfortably.

Exactly the way discribed

This place was awesome. The pictures present what u see when u walk in. Plenty of towels provided, a lot of toys for outdoor fun. Everything was fantastic.

Beautiful accommodations on Treasure Island

The property is in a great location on the intercoastal with amazing views. The place was exactly as depicted in the photos with no hurricane damage. Our family was there for my brother’s funeral and this was a good landing zone for us. There was some communication outside of the app that I was uncomfortable with; however, I would stay there again.

Family celebration

This is a wonderful and spacious property. It has an elevator so I was able to bring my 90 year old mom to celebrate my daughters 30th bday. She sat on the beautiful covered porch and watched us enjoy the pool and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped, we shopped at nearby Publix and cooked and enjoyed the view.

The house was nice. Our only complaint is I would suggest to not have the thermostat locked it was a cold week and we couldn't turn up the temperature.

The pool was beautiful and the kayaks/paddleboard that were available to use in the channel were a nice surprise. About an 8 minute walk to the beach. The beach shop and grocery store were also very conveniently located. The property manager was very communicative and easy to work with.

The location is perfect, the pool was great and the dock was so nice and peaceful! The only thing is the pull out sofa didn’t have a mattress and it would be a very tight fit to have 14 people sleep. Kitchen well stocked with all things needed. also great outdoor spaces- both private balconies and shared spaces with the other condos. nice water views with plenty of dolphin sightings! walking distance to grocery store, beach, and a few good restaurants and bars. elevator needed for stroller and grocery carts was very slow but still glad it was there. and pool at the beginning of the week was ice cold but eventually warmed up. would definitely stay again.

Loved the Buccaneer! Great location and clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Time Rentals was organized, and had great communication from the minute we booked with them. This rental provided a great stay for our family of 8. Clean, spacious, and in a good location. Closer to St. Pete Beach than Clearwater Beach...less crowded. The assigned Manager was very responsive when I texted her a couple times with questions and quickly responded to a plumbing issue we had, maintenance fixed our issue within a couple hours. The pool was nice, the waterfront was great for fishing. The only suggestion I would have for this rental would be to have easier access to get on and off the provided kayaks and paddle boards. It was very hard for the teens to get in and out, especially during low tide. There's a big gap between the water and dock. The was a rope, but it was not useful. A ladder would be helpful. I think more of us would have used the equipment, but we couldn't get on. Other than that small hiccup, we would definitely stay at the Buccaneer again! We would also try another Beach Time Rental property. They were great!
