We would definitely rent again!

This home was just what we were looking for, for our 2 week stay in the St. Pete area. It was very clean and well maintained. Teal door was great at communicating with us. The location is very good. Close to stores, good restaurants, church, etc. And its proximity to St. Pete and Tampa was good. Our pup enjoyed the walking trail at the end of the street. We would not hesitate to return.

Teal Door in Seminole

The property is very beautiful. However, we were there just be4 Milton arrived, so everything from outside had already been put in the garage to keep from blowing around.... but nothing was put back to normal after the hurricane. It was all still in the garage after our 2 week stay. Also the TV in the living room quit the day after we arrived. We notified Teal Door but we still had no TV the day we left. The communication with Teal Door was very poor while we were there. As I said the place was very nice but we did have some things missing that has always been in our other VRBO places we have stayed. I would suggest that they have bath mats at both bathrooms to use getting out of the shower. Also there was no pitcher so we went and bought one. There were no dishrags there also. We had to go purchase them, And only one dish towel. Only two rolls toilet tissue for two week stay. Also only a couple trash bags to use. Those are some of the things that we never had to go purchase in our other places we have stayed. Also, at other places there was a list of things for checkin and checkout and places to see and things to do. We know it was during and after the hurricane but the communication could have been much better. No response to our phone call or texts. But otherwise under other circumstances, we would definitly stay there again. The location is perfect!!! and we love Seminole.

Quick trip to St. Pete with pups

This was a great property. The property manager was in communication throughout the process, but not in an annoying way. The house was very clean and had an awesome backyard for the pups. About a half hour to downtown St. Pete. The Pinellas Trail is at the end of the street. I’ll definitely stay here again any time I’m in the St. Pete area.

Nice home in a friendly neighbourhood!

We found the home to be larger than it looks online, in the photos. It is good for one or two couples or a family of four. Plan on driving 25-30 minutes to get to some of the beaches (Saint Pete’s), Saint Petersburg, Dunedin, etc. It does have a nice garden with a birdbath, patio furniture an umbrella and B.B.Q.. They have one bike and lots of beach toys in the garage. We had to call for help to get the television off of streaming and they assisted us.

Great Neighborhood!

We loved the location. Super quick drive to many beaches and restaurants, without the "on the beach" price. Three minute drive to grocery store and shopping. Pineallis Trail is good for walking and one block away. This is a big house and a big private yard. We loved the yard and bird watching back there!! Beds are comfy and it was a really good stay. We do recommend this property!

Comfortable stay

This property was all we needed for a home base. Rode the nearby bicycle trail several times. Ate great food from Green Market Cafe, Pieoligy & Stefano’s. Home was clean and centrally located to all our activities.

Mini-stay while waiting for new house

Cant say enough positive things about our stay at this property and responsiveness of the host/team. Additionally we needed to extend our stay due to our new house not being ready to move into as expected; the team made the process of extending the stay very easy. Large house in suburbs

The house is much larger then it looks in the photos. Convenient location. Very clean. Close to Publix and Seminole town centre. Had a little trouble setting the Nest thermostat that has no buttons. Once set to auto heat and cool it worked very well. I recommend that you make contact a few days before arrival to ensure all the forms are filled in.

Was inn town for work. This house is close to a lot of restaurants, mall and bars. The driveway will support 2 vehicles. It is a corner lot so no street parking.. The inside is roomy, the furniture is overall comfortable. I would stay again.

Nice Place

House was nicer than expected with plenty of room. All dishes, pots and pans and utensils were provided along with linens, towels, etc. Didn’t care for ROKU TV but we managed. I would rent again if ever come back to St. Pete.
