Great location and host

Exactly as described. Walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants. Very attentive host. Even a tropical storm didn't ruin this vacation!

Great location, across the street from the beach with a beach view. Appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas for use, but some are pretty worn out. Some things could use some updating like pillows and towels but the condo had everything we needed.

Quickie get away

Nice short stay at condo. Everything was easy and condo was well equipped and comfortable. Condo could use some updating, sliders and blinds was a wrestling match. Didn’t expect that road noise was going to be so loud. Overall was a nice stay

This condo is in a perfect location! It is all about the beach here. Third story balcony is large with a perfect view of the beach. Walk across the street to the public access beach. Very professional rental service. Quick response one evening when internet went out. It was a city wide outage that they continued to work on for over an hour - amazing service!Only change needed would be an update in the condo, but this was not necessary as we appreciated the low rental rate.We would definitely stay here again.

Warm and welcoming home away from home

The condo was more than I expected. It had loving little touches that made you feel your staying at a friends. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay even down to beach towels and chairs. I have already recommended it to my friends and co workers

Location is great. Condo is a bit older but very clean. Front bedroom hears lots of street noise. Probably wouldn’t be so loud if had hurricane windows. Nice clean pool n Kathy has plenty of pool floats. Easy access to Madeira beach across the street. The beach is view from large balcony, but lots of street traffic noise. Check in was very easy and able to get in early. All in all good place!! Thanks Kathy!

Great location!!!

I loved it from beginning to end. Great location even though it's not on the beach, you basically have beach access. And minutes away from John's pass and a ton of restaurants. No regrets at all. Will visit again indefinitely

Great location and good space. The only negative is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

It's good. Does need new beds though. They are uncomfortable and noisy.

Nice beach getaway!

Condo is in a great location across the street from the beach and host provides beach cooler, chairs and an umbrella. Very nice to not have to rent beach equipment! The road/traffic can be very noisy and can be heard in the master bedroom. The condo was also VERY clean with lots of towels and any kitchen items you could need. Pool area was very nice and also has lots of seating and shade as well! Overall a super great deal for a great location!

Perfect in all ways

Loved the location across from the beach. Clean and beautiful. The only downfall is if you want to sleep late, the master bedroom hears the traffic noise and it wakes you early in the morning

Overall good spot to stay

Nice view of beach altho traffic was loud. Even inside. Needs a little updating and TLC but otherwise very well stocked kitchen, plenty beach chairs and toys for kids It was perfect for 4 adult women given the 4 separate beds in the 2 bedrooms.

What a Gem!

This is a wonderful location and price. Even though you are across the street from the beach, you have an unobstructed view of the ocean because of the public lot across the street. There is a cross walk right in front of the condo that makes for a quick walk to the beach. Very close the grocery/liquor store and a gas station right next door. Also walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot - Screwie's! Very comfortable accommodations with chairs, towels and coolers for the beach. We had 4 single people on this trip so it was convenient to have 2 rooms with 4 beds. That can be hard to find. It is also nice to have a key code for the door versus trying to carry a key with you everywhere you go. Definitely going back!

Wonderful condo for a family beach vacay!

This place was just the right size for a family beach vacation! The condo was very clean and had all the accommodations you need. It is located close to everything. We had an amazing time whether at the beach or the pool enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. The check in process was great, and there were no problems with the condo. Will definitely consider renting this place again!

Best place on the beach!

I tried several places and this is the best one so far just 18 condos in that building so it’s not busy at the pool, right across the street from the beach! Best price on the coast. Will rent again and again!

Four moms all approve

Everything was as expected, location was perfect to park the car and not get back in it until it was time to head home. Has absolutely everything you could need- extra pillows, sheets, kitchen supplies, utensils, towels, and borrowable beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, anchor, toys) This si the best stocked unit I have rented on any beach! Only downside: no WiFi, but truly, this is a minimal, first world problem. Kathy was amazing!

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, the condo is very clean (that made me very happy), and it's convenient to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Close enough that we walked to Screwie Lewies, Daiquiri Shak and Candy Kitchen, and it's only about 20 minute walk to John's Pass. This condo isn't on the water, but that's ok because it's directly across from public parking so you still have a beautiful water view that's not blocked by buildings. Also convenient because there's chair and umbrella rental there too. You can also enjoy the refreshing pool if you're not wanting to go to the beach. We hope to go back soon and we give the owners a high five for offering a nice clean space at a great price. Thank you!
