The unit was great, very clean, everything was in perfect condition. Check in was simple. Neighborhood was very good. Location of the unit was excellent. We were close to Gulf Blvd. with acess to many restaurants, beaches and shops. We hope to rent again with the host.

My husband and I stayed for the month of February and we were very pleased with the exceptional hospitality Lynne & Jeff provided. They truly have a gift of making you feel right at home. The Sweet is cute & cozy that includes the use of a patio & back yard with a privacy fence. The location was great for everything we needed & wanted to do during our visit.

The place was spotless and so cute! It was very well equipped, right down to a spare toothbrush, thank God! Shops and food are a short drive or walk away! Ms. Lynn was very easy to get ahold of with a quick text, and really thought of everything! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Place

This was perfect for my husband and I. Such a cute comfortable place. Great location to restaurants, beach, grocery stores and a lot more. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This was my third stay at The Sweet. I love the location - in a quiet neighborhood a quick 20 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach. Spotless and very well appointed. Looking forward to my next stay!

Lovely place

We had a great experience! Checking in was so easy, I had lots of communication with Lynne beforehand so I felt no pre trip anxiety. Everything worked as I would have hoped, and it seemed like the hosts had thought of almost everything you could need, from ice trays to extra soap and sunscreen, it was there! I highly recommend the property!

Wonderful Experience

We stayed 28 days for a mini snowbird experience. Perfect location, 1.5 mi on one side to beach, any restaurant, store, gas you would want on the other side for miles. Easy travel to St Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa, etc. Lynn and Jeff are very nice. Check in and contact were easy.

A Sweet Stay!

We are headed home from a wonderful stay at The Sweet in Largo! The room had everything we needed and then some, and the hosts Lynne and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Lynne is an excellent communicator and answered any questions promptly. My only regret is forgetting to get one of her amazing rum cakes home with us! If we head back to the area we would definitely stay again, and would recommend others to as well.

We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Lynne has thought of everything and gone the extra step to ensure her visitors have anything they might need. We were greeted with yummy rum cakes and given a gift certificate to a local restaurant. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was decorated nicely. We appreciated having the wagon to haul all our beach stuff in and took advantage of the washer and dryer at the end of our stay so we didn't have to travel with wet, yucky beach towels. If it had been cooler outside, I would have loved to use the firepit area. We had never been to this area, so we weren't sure what to expect. We loved the small, quaint vibe! Even on July 4th weekend, we had a minimal wait for restaurants. The beaches were not packed, which is exactly what I wanted. We were only able to stay 3 nights, but we will have to come back to stay longer!

Convenient location to Indian Rocks Beach

This is a perfect spot for 1 or 2 people! Everything you need is available in the “Sweet” and access to the property manager was a message away. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean and comfortable. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a sweet getaway. They even left surprise goodies on the table.
