Host and amenities were amazing. The condo was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including two beach chairs in very good condition. Pickleball/tennis court was great, pool was nice and warm, hot tub perfect temp. Although the hot tub did ruin my swimsuit. It looks like it went through bleach. So beware of that (only reason I gave it 4/5 stars). We saw manatees in the bay, and could see sunrise/sunset from condo. Public beach entrance is right across the street (street pretty busy- 4-lanes of traffic). Walkable to beach bars/restaurants, coffee, gas stations, and a giant gift shop. Hosts even allowed for early check in/late checkout, which was so appreciated. I’d recommend the condo to anyone and hope to be back!

The property was great, very well stocked, just about anything you could want was there. Even some beach chairs and a cooler. The location was amazing, best of both worlds, got to watch manatee on the inlet side and then directly across the street is beach access. Communication was not always the best, the lock to the patio door was broke and I emailed 3 times and also told the office in person twice. No acknowledgement until I asked again at check because I wanted to be sure I did not get charged for it. Overall, great time and great experience.

Amazing condo near beach

We loved our stay! Enjoyed the area, food and how close the location was to the beach. The pool on property and the manatees were a huge plus! We commuted from Tampa for an event all week and found it very easy. We will definitely be back!

Easy, convenient, and great!

My family and I (husband, two boys ages 14 and 11) stayed here for our summer vacation and had a great time. The condo was clean, close access to the beach, recreation equipment to use (fishing pole, tennis rackets, boogie boards, pickle ball, shuffle board, Poole noodles, etc), and check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Family first time visit to St. Pete Beach

Clean, great views from balcony, comfortable beds, loved that nice Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, and beach chairs were provided. Assigned parking spot was also nice. And convenient that we didn’t have to deal with a key for the front door as code is provided.

Wedding Stay

We came to Florida for a family wedding. I am very picky where we stay and the condo was perfect. I have stayed at several VRBOs and this unit was spotless. I was impressed with how clean it was. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The balcony was big with an amazing view. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

St Pete’s Beach

Property very well kept. Tennis court was a bonus but needs repair on the net. Unit perfect for parents and 2 teens. St Pete’s Beach more of a Myrtle Beach vibe, very commercial as opposed to Indian Rocks Beach. But glad we visited.

Sunrise and Manatee View!

Excellent place to watch sunrises from the balcony and just a short walk across the street to watch sunsets on the beach. It was such a treat watching manatees from the balcony as well! The unit was clean and furniture was as pictured. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer so could take clean clothes home with us too! There’s two Weber grills available by the pool. It was nice having this option as eating out can get expensive on the beach. If you’re looking for great Italian food though, check out Buona Ristorante. We ordered take out one night (pizza and garlic knots) and were so impressed we went back and ate in the restaurant trying various dishes. This building is also close to the new Sunrunner bus line, which you can take to the Corey Avenue Sunday market or all the way to the St Petersburg Pier (we enjoyed both destinations). -It’s just a short walk across the street to jump on the bus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place if your looking for a beach vacation with some comforts of home.

Great Place!

Very nice place and location. The pool and complex were smaller than pictures seemed but it worked out just fine! I would definitely stay again! Parking was easy and condo was well equipped.

Great vibe in 305

Great stay, location is in the heart of everything only a walk across the street to the beach which is one of the best beaches in the world. Property grounds are very well maintained. Unit was very well maintained and the balcony view was awesome over looking the inlet with manatees living in the bay right by the resort dock. The resort office gals were great to work with got us in our room early on the first day we arrived. Look forward to coming back soon

Great visit!

Condo was exactly as expected. Very tidy and well appointed. Communication with management company was extremely responsive. Only issue was the arrival of three families who were having a very good but noisy time together. The resort manager immediately addressed the issue and the situation was vastly improved. Incredible view and great access to everything you need!
