Our group of 5 adults stayed for 6 nights and we all loved our stay. We have stayed at many rentals before and I am a host of a rental property myself so I would say that we have high standards. This was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in and the beds were very comfortable. The rental was newly updated with new appliances and fresh paint and we had plenty of space for our group. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and saw many dolphins during our stay. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs available to use. The location is perfect and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was very detailed, kind, and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome condo!

First time in Clearwater and the condo was lovely! All the comforts away from home plus the large balcony offered the perfect spot for morning coffee! The unit was spacious, clean and well-maintained, nicely and modern furnishings! Plenty of space for a family! The walk to the beach is just a short jaunt and about a half mile from the main strip - plenty of restaurants and shops within close distance. Host was very responsive and accommodating! I would definitely recommend if you are staying in Clearwater Beach!!

Excellent Stay

My family of 4 and our 4 nieces and nephews came down from WI for a quick getaway before school started. This place was a great location. Far from all the noise and close enough to walk everywhere. We loved that we were close proximity to multiple beaches. On days we wanted a quieter beach we went to the park beach and then on days we wanted to end our nights with lights and music, we went to Clearwater Beach. The condo was perfect for us, not too big and not too small. We had 3 teen girls who we let stay in the master bedroom. They loved the huge closet and the spa bathroom with separate toilet room. We hardly saw our girls because they loved their room so much, especially with their own patio slide door. Then our 3 teen boys enjoyed stay in the room with the bunk beds and just hanging out in the living room and patio. My husband and I got to have our own room with our own TV, so we could still have our alone time. The kitchen was perfect for our 1 week stay. We cooked our breakfasts and lunches, then went out for dinners. One of our favorite restaurants was just a few blocks to Salty's Island Bar and Grille. Delicious food, fun live music and an amazing wait staff!! The extra wall storage was great for our all water bottles and just miscellanious items since there were so many of us we were able to avoid clutter just lying everywhere. Only con for us was the small swimming pool. It was overly crowed with the other guests, but we spent most of our water time on the beaches so it wasn't too bad. Overall... excellent stay! The host was also great at responding in a timely manner. Our questions were answered and instructions were made clear as well as posted in the laundry room for all of us to check off as well. Definitely will have to rent this place again!!

Excellent place to stay

Great place to stay. Everything you need they have it. It was a very beautiful place to stay. Super clean spacious and close to the beach. Furniture is up to date beds slept well would definitely stay again. We love staying at Harborvriw Grande!

Sugar sand and lots of sun—Amazing!

The condo was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations! It was close to a beach full of sugar sand and the grandkids enjoyed every moment. This is a fabulous accommodation and we are hoping to return.

Wonderful stay

Condo was very clean and property well protected. We felt very safe. We were within walking distance of absolutely everything we needed or wanted. Sunrise on the deck was spectacular. Walked to the pier at night for sunset. Couldn’t ask for more. Except for one thing: never got any sun on the deck. It was always in the shade. Other than that, you will love it there.

Awesome Condo and Location

This was a easy process from the booking , the payments and the very nice up graded condo with a lot of nice amenities such as the luxury bedding and pillows to the decor style and lovely kitchen with items needed and some beach items as well. Great Host and Hostess Thank you ☀️🌴

We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean and larger than expected. The location is wonderful and very easy to get everywhere. We didn’t rent a car just Uber when needed. We saw dolphins every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. We loved the place.

The layout is great, Morning sun from the balcony while watching the Dolphins, afternoon shad on the balcony was nice too. Short walks to beach and everything else. Master bed could use an update as it has uncomfortable body impressions.

Great trip!

Great stay here. Condo has a great location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream shops. Would stay again. Hop on the trolley if you need to go to the other end of town. It stops right out front of the condo. We would stay here again!
