Great home base for a visit to Clearwater

Property is super close to all of the fun things in Clearwater. Great for a short weekend but large enough for week long trips as well.

Great Location

Comfortable and very clean. I really appreciated the beach equipment (towels, umbrella, chairs). It made my trip to Siesta Key Beach very enjoyable.

2nd times a charm

It was our second time staying here and we had a great time again! It’s a nice spot if you are looking for a spot that’s a close ride to the Clearwater beaches but also close to the Phillies Spring Training. We love our walks around the neighborhood and the host is very accommodating! Looking forward to next year!

Our Stay Was Great

Overall this property was fantastic! Location felt safe and is an easy drive to Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 area. Rumba's is a delicious restaurant nearby that my family thoroughly enjoyed and recommends! My family consists of 5 people and this was plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably!

Weekend with family

Excellent communication with owner. Property was clean and comfortable. Property is in an older part of town with plenty of shopping and restaurants within a short driving distance.

Beautiful Property

The property looks just like the pictures. The kitchen had tons of cookware to use. High chair for littles and a pack and play. We had a wonderful stay. I would stay here again or at another home hosted by Morgana.

Quick Family Stay

We made a last minute stop in the Dunedin/Tampa area and came across this gem. The house has a great feel, very clean, and gives a genuine old school beach area vibe. We successfully housed 4 adults and 2 teens with plenty of space. Great location to get better pricing just outside of Dunedin, where we saw the Toronto Blue Jays v. Yankees spring training and attended the Valspar PGA Tourney. Also, the owner is AMAZING and extremely professional. We would totally stay here again.

Location sketchy

When we first arrived to the area, the location seemed a bit sketchy, but when we walked into the home it was fine. It was clean and spacious for our family and friends. The inside got hot a good bit so we were uncomfortable at times, but with the outside temps as high as they are, units are having to keep up so we utilized the ceiling fans regularly. All in all it was a good visit.

Quiet neighborhood close to beach

Overall our stay was comfortable aside from the fact that the master bathroom toilet had not been cleaned. This was unacceptable and disgusting.

Great home-base for enjoying Clearwater Beach!

My husband & I stayed here with my parent's & our daughter to enjoy Clearwater Beach & reminisce about vacations from when I was little. This was the perfect home-base spot! It looks to be an older home, but it was very clean & tidy inside - very well kept & just like the photos show. For those staying with littles: the king/bunk room is in a remodeled garage-type area accessible off the kitchen through the laundry room, so it's a little bit far away from a bathroom if a little one were to need to go potty in the the night. My husband & I ended up staying in that room, & that metal bed frame's joints are a little loose & squeaky when we would turn over, but we made it work. Charging your phone was tricky in that room as well if you use your phone as an alarm-clock because the only outlet on that wall was behind the mattress & filled, so I would recommend bringing a little extension cord with multiple-outlets on the end. The instructions for check in/check out didn't come until the day-of, which was a little tricky since we were already driving, then hit the ground running as soon as we arrived in the area, so be sure to take the time during your vacation to read all the way through that email to catch the check-out instructions (where to put trash, towels, etc). We almost missed some of the items at the end of the email. For anyone with a sensitivity to artificial scents, they used a lot of scented products & glade plug-ins throughout. Overall though, a great experience!

Convenient location

Nice , clean and quiet. We had no problems at all at this location. Communication to the host was very easy and quick.

Clean and Safe

Overall, very clean and safe place! Only item that needs updated is the carpeted in the bedrooms. They are in pretty bad shape. Kitchen and bathrooms spotless. Washing machine and dryer in great shape. Appliances like new. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on walls in shower is awesome. One less thing to pack. Check in is code on door and super easy. Neighborhood seems fine, neighbor across the street very friendly. I would stay again!

Perfect location for beach and venturing out

We not only visited the beach, but the Clearwater Aquarium, Clearwater and Tarpon Springs. Great location for touring the local area. Manager was great to work with. House was clean and spacious. Made our stay feel like home!
