Bienvenido a la Unidad 121 en el Beach Club en St. Simons Island, que ofrece a los huéspedes y propietarios una notable lista de servicios y ofrece todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones divertidas o relajantes. Beach Club tiene su propio paseo marítimo privado a la playa, donde puedes cavar los dedos de los pies en la arena o dar un simple paseo por la playa. La Unidad 121 es una unidad de esquina que cuenta con 3 habitaciones de tamaño generoso y 3 baños completos. Todo es un nivel de vida con acceso por ascensor a cada piso.

La suite principal tiene una cama King, acceso al balcón, TV y un baño principal con tocadores dobles y ducha y bañera separadas.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y baño privado.

El tercer dormitorio tiene dos gemelos y su propio baño privado.

El salón también tiene un sofá cama.

Agradable y limpio, pero no actualizado. Con un precio acorde a las actualizaciones y la conveniencia de la playa.

Perfect family beach trip!

My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this condo! The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. This was the perfect space for my family to stay, especially our young children (ages 1.5 and 4). The location of Beach Club is unmatched--the walk to the pool and the beach can't be beat. My husband and I also enjoyed an easy walk to dinner at Fiddlers while the grandparents babysat our two girls one night. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, great amenities. This was the second year in a row we stayed here. This year was better than last because they added new living room furniture and new beds in two rooms. We’ll look to book again in the future.

We loved our stay at your property. It was exactly what we needed for my family of 5. Our only complaint/ suggestion is to get black out curtains for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The lights from the hallway are very bright during the night.

lovely condo, great location

My family and I have stayed at the Beach Club many times and in many different units over the years. This condo - 121 - was very cleaned, nicely decorated, and well-furnished. The kitchen was super - I can't think of any dish or utensil that it didn't have! Obviously furnished as the owner's home...not just a rental. Hope to return to this same condo again - would choose it over others I have stayed in!

Nina and family had a great time

We had a problem with the AC when we got there but they had it fixed within about and 1 1/2 hrs. There was plenty of room for us all. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren (3) came in on Thursday night and left Sunday. We appreciate the owners for sharing their place with us.

Nice and convenient.

Thank you. The twin beds have some sort of plastic that makes a lot of noise. The floors were a little sticky and could use a little cleaning. We knew it needed a face lift so found that as expected. Enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation-Year 2

This was our 2nd year in this condo and even better than the Ist! Love having 3 bathrooms with showers/tubs, so that each bedroom has their own. Love having smart TVs in each room for down time. Love being able to walk to the pool and beach. Love having an elevator so close and buggies to help bring up luggage. The only issue is the parking-beware the parking garage, and get a spot in the open if at all possible! Overall another fantastic family vacay!

Beach Club 121

We came down to St.Simons with family and friends to celebrate a retirement. The condo was very comfortable and check in was easy. We did have a problem with the toilet plumbing and it clogged- so water overflowed on the floor. I contacted the host and a plumber was sent that day to fix it. Unfortunately, that toilet did not continue working even after the fix. So there must be bigger plumbing issues going on. However, the pool was nice and it was convenient to the beach.

St Simmons Beach Club Condo #121

Liked the size of the unit and having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Several items were below standard for maintenance/replacement; 1. Nearly all doors squeaked loudly when opening (WD 40 them) 2. Queen bedroom door had 1 of the hinges off the door frame, so not squared up. Had to loudly slam door to close it. Why did no one fix this obvious problem? 3. Sliding door and screen out to balcony were extremely hard to open. 4. No knifes in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel 5. Replace all toilet seats - old, warped, paint coming off 6. Replace both twin mattresses, old and very worn out 7. Replace 2 couches, cushions sink down into the frames. Extremely uncomfortable

Beach Club

We had a great time. The property was very clean, but it really needs to be updated. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and it is apparent that work has not been done in a long time. There is no real view, but the pool is nice and the access to the beach is awesome.

Great Stay once we finally got IN

We have stayed at Beach Club for several years. It is in a great location and the pools and facilities are top notch. We have never had an issue until this year. The gate code we were given did not work. We later found out that the wrong code was given to several others. Then we get to our unit and the door code did not work. I checked my emails and we were given 2 different codes....neither worked. I called several times before I finally got a person on the line who was rude....it was 100 degrees and we were standing outside for 20 minutes or more trying to get in. After that, everything was great.
