    This condo (Unit 2204, 2nd floor) has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one bedroom, one bath with a bonus sleeper sofa; fully furnished unit that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse.

    400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse.     Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

    Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

    No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

    Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

    No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, the excellent shower pressure, and the abundance of towels and pillows. The versatile coffee maker was a big plus for k cups or drip. Parking was abundant and the location's proximity to the village was excellent.Further, we absolutely loved that five of the spirit faces were within a short walking distance. The only downside I would mention was the lack of trash cans on the property made disposing of pet waste a bit of a chore, especially when raining.All in all, it was a terrific unit for 2 people!

Location was perfect. Cleanliness could have been better. Had to wash bedsheets upon arrival. Overall, we enjoyed and will use lighthouse rentals again!

ENJOYABLE STAY

FACILITIES WERE GOOD AND THE STAY WAS PEACEFUL AND RELAXING, DEFINITELY WOULD BOOK THE LIGHT HOUSE AGAIN. MY HUSBAND IS SOMEWHAT DISABLED. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND A ROOM WITH A BATH AND SHOWER, WITH THE SHOWER CLEANER.

Nice location

Stayed in the same unit a few years ago. It's showing wear and tear. Pillows were smelly. The walk through gate and building entrance code machine were not working.

Location is wonderful!

The location is great! We had an issue with our air not working, and we did t realize it until about 4 hours after check in. Someone was sent to fix it and then it worked the rest of our stay. Bed was a little firm, pillows weren't great, and water pressure was lacking in the shower: We were in the 2nd floor and the people above us were very noisy with their walking around and constantly going in and out of the sliding glass door. If you stay here, I strongly suggest the 3rd floor. Overall our place was clean. Communication from management was good. The location is fantastic. If you go out the back through the parking lot, you have a short 2-3 minute walk to the village right beside Palmer's.
