Hemos diseñado Watermark como un lugar donde usted y su familia pueden reunirse para relajarse y descansar. Nuestra casa está en la ubicación perfecta, cerca de la playa y del centro de St. Actividad de Simons - El pueblo y el muelle. Venga y disfrute de nuestra hermosa piscina climatizada. Disfrute de una comida en nuestra mesa de comedor al aire libre en nuestra gran terraza trasera con mosquitero con vistas a la piscina y el patio ajardinado. Con asientos al aire libre, comidas al aire libre y la piscina, ¡nunca puede entrar! Pero cuando lo hace, el interior es brillante y abierto, con una cocina de chef completamente nueva con electrodomésticos de primera línea, abierta al comedor y a las habitaciones familiares. El comedor puede acomodar a toda su familia, y la sala de estar abierta tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas con cable HD y reproductor de blue ray. Hay techos altos y mucha luz natural en todo.

Dormitorios:

• Se sentirá cómodo en la suite principal con su cama king size y colchón de gel de espuma, baño privado con armarios para él y para ella, lavamanos para él y para ella, bañera y ducha separadas. El dormitorio principal también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con cable de alta definición y reproductor de rayos azules, ventilador de techo, y tiene su propio termostato para que pueda ajustar su temperatura de sueño como quiera..

• El segundo dormitorio también tiene un colchón king de espuma de gel, ventilador de techo y baño completo con ducha.

• Arriba hay un dormitorio grande con cama de matrimonio y colchón de gama alta. Dentro de esa habitación hay un enclave que contiene 4 literas para los niños. Esta habitación también tiene su propio termostato digital y ventilador de techo. Hay un baño completo adjunto con doble lavamanos y ducha..

• Luego, al bajar las escaleras hasta el primer piso, tiene dos habitaciones más king que comparten un baño completo:

• La sala “Sunshine” tiene un colchón de espuma con memoria tamaño king, ventilador de techo y vistas a la piscina.

• La habitación "gris" está equipada de manera similar con colchón de espuma viscoelástica, ventilador de techo y vistas a la piscina. Esta habitación también tiene un televisor inteligente con servicio de cable HD.

Además de la sala de estar mencionada, hay una sala de juegos separada en la planta baja con futbolín y juegos de mesa, ¡el lugar perfecto si los niños necesitan pasar un rato separados de los adultos por un rato!

Y si necesita algo de paz y tranquilidad, pruebe las mecedoras o colóquese en el porche delantero, un lugar ideal para tomar un café por la mañana y leer antes de un día ajetreado en la playa y en la piscina.

Puede caminar hacia el pueblo desde la casa yendo a la derecha, a través del parque (con canchas de tenis y baloncesto, área de juegos y robles en vivo cubiertos de musgo español) y luego a la izquierda, o a la playa girando a la izquierda y luego a la derecha. O bien está a 5 minutos a pie.

Tenemos un garaje para 2 coches y un montón de aparcamiento para hasta 6 vehículos.

Property could use some maintenance. One bathroom toilet would keep running and the faucet in that bathroom also had water run under the bottom of the faucet handles into the sink. The grill didn’t work and the toaster didn’t work either. We had to call twice about the heating, however they were very prompt to fix it. Also, be aware the heated pool is an extra charge and you have to pay for the whole week.

I stayed here with a large family group (parents, me and my husband and two kids, my sister and her husband and baby). Everyone told me how great the house worked out for our group. Everyone got their own space a bit away from other folks (sister and family downstairs, me and my family on the main floor, my parents upstairs) and there was a lovely huge open living space for us to cook and congregate in, also a lovely screened in porch where we ate dinner each night, and the kids had a blast with the pool. This property is a short walk from the village where you can eat out, visit the lighthouse, go to the miniature golf course & swim park in the summer. There’s also a nearby park with a great playground and tennis courts. We love being able to walk places and leave the car at home.

The house was not fully clean. Hair in the showers, dead cockroach on the stairs. Small items were broken - plug covers in the kitchen, downstairs door handle, toilet flush. We were given the wrong internet log in so had no service for 3 days. The trash from the previous stay was full and not picked up till day three. The outside area is dirty - not enjoyable to be sat out there. The property and location are great. Management service were to slow to reply and there are just small things that need to be fixed or cleaned and it would be 5 star.

Needs a lot of maintenance! Was told we could use the two garages but neither opened, tried outside keypad and inside button. Was told maintenance would be right out to fix them but didn't show up. Outlets in one of the bedrooms didn't work, ice maker didn't work and had a hole in rhe bucket so when you opened the freezer ice fell out, ceiling fan in down stairs bedroom didn't work. While we were gone maintenance came to address these issues but nothing was fixed and never heard anything from Alex as to the outcome. Shower heads were awful and need to be soaked in something (CLR) to remove scale. Screen porch needs attention, filthy ceiling fans, lots of spider webs and leaves on screens that can easily be blown off between guests. Large area on door with paint peeling off, wouldn't take 5 minutes to repair. The pool walls and floor looked green, not sure if it was stained or algae, needs a good pressure washing. On a positive note, the house was nice, large kitchen, pantry for food, large island, big table for all 8 of us and a large comfortable screen porch for gathering.

We rented this house for Thanksgiving week with my in-laws and 2 nieces. The house is in a great location that is convenient to the beach and village areas. There is a very nice screened-in porch off the back that overlooks the pool and having the heated pool (extra $) was a great decision to keep the girls busy when the weather wasn’t great. We appreciated the abundance of board games to use when there was downtime as well. The house is large and spacious with plenty of room for the 6 of us although the bedrooms and bathrooms do have a strange layout. It was fine for 2 couples and 2 kids but would probably not work for multiple couples or families that don’t like to share small bathrooms and closets. Streaming tv and Wi-Fi worked great to watch football games and movies. Overall, we had a nice week with family and Lighthouse vacation rentals was quick to response and easy to communicate with.

We booked the property for a week long family trip. Total of 9 people ranging for 70s - almost 2. The house had everything that was needed plus some. Loved the majority of the rooms had king beds! The location could not have been beaten! Couple minute walk to the beach and downtown. Kids and adults loved to be able to jump in the pool to cool down or before dinner.

Watermark was just what my family needed. Conveniently located to the village, parks and the beach. Great place to relax and just chill. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and shaded a good part of the day. The management company was very responsive to anything that came up. Plenty of space for our family.

Our family had a great time at your home. The heated pool was a hit with the whole family. Being so close to the beach and the downtown area was great. We walked the beautiful neighborhood every day. It was great to be able to bring our furry friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the upstairs bunk room. We will definitely rent again.

When searching for a summer beach vacation, it was important to my family to be together but for us to all have space to spread out when needed. This home really accommodated those needs! The bunk bed room was perfect for the kiddos downstairs & the rest of the bedrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen almost every night & playing in the pool during the hot days. It was a short walk to the beach & the main downtown area which was amazing! If you are going to explore St Simons with your family, I definitely recommend this home!

The house is old and needs some major help. The pool area was green and filthy and had to be power washed the second day. My daughter and husband got into bed first night and the top sheet totally ripped. All the sheets and towels are very old and like tissue paper. It claims two dishwashers, but they are bar size and so old they don’t clean properly. Two ironing boards but no iron. Only one bedside light in the master, and a small two slot toaster for a house that sleeps so many is ridiculous! It took forever to make breakfast. Lighthouse Realty were very helpful having the pool area washed, but then those chemicals went into the pool making it unusable for two days before it was cleaned. All-in-all we were extremely disappointed with the house!

Overall we had a great time and the house was just the right size for all of our kids and grandkids. The location is terrific. It's just a short walk or golf cart ride to everything from the beach to a local bistro. We loved the layout of the house which allowed us all to be together but separate when needed. The pool, beach and areas for play time for the kids were also just right for our family. There were some cleanliness issues which included the pool and pool area. The house floors also needed some deep cleaning. These items were discussed with the property manager and they are on the list for them to address. I saw in another review, comments about the refrigerator. Be mindful to not overload the refrigerator when you first arrive. That will effect the temperature of your perishables. I will say that even on our next to last day, beverages still just above cool. Now, we all know that in the kind of summer temperatures opening and closing has a direct effect. But I still feel like you may want to get a second opinion from a service tech. Lastly, I recommend that you do something about the front steps and how slippery they get even from a light rain shower. Some non-skid tape may be the perfect solution. My dad took a nasty fall on the day we arrived. It had just rained and even though he was aware of the slippery steps, he still took a nasty fall. Everyone enjoyed their time on the island and we're already discussing plans for next summer and another family vacation.

Overall nice property, few deficiencies in master bedroom and bath namely lighting, seating ( for makeup etc), mirrors. Very inconvenient arrangements for closing garage doors ( no remotes and only one keypad with no directions)
