Carols Greyside 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, our family had a wonderful time and there are very few properties on the island that have all of the amenities. It was nice to see the new large window and door to the balcony (long time overdue). One issue, that was being worked while we were there, is the internet. It has always been an issue. Hopefully the new service and maintenance will resolve that issue. The only other thing that we always deal with is the ice make in the refrigerator. It is slow and does not produce a lot of ice. We host dinners throughout the week and it's always a drag to have to go get bagged ice. At some point there was an ice maker in one of the storage slots; not sure why that was removed. An improved ice maker (or small one for the property would be nice).

Location is excellent- very close to the pier village and right beside a beach access. Plenty of room for a good size family. Spacious bedrooms. The main kitchen/ den is open floor plan. The laundry room is off the master. Well designed floor plan. There are 16 steps to the entrance for anyone with orthopedic issues. This is truly one of a kind.
