A fantastic beach house! Can’t wait to return. House was stocked with everything you would need. Easy walk to the beach. Layout of the house is great! Property manager was quickly responsive to questions. Plenty of space for a family with kids! Absolutely perfect!

Best Location on the East Coast

Property on St Simons Island was close to the beach, had a beautiful pool and great layout for family fun indoors and outdoors. Property had items for use at the beach and the pool for our grandkids as well as bikes for adults. Great property to enjoy the Island!

Amazing!!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our visit to St. Simons. This home is perfect, the salt water pool was great (the kids even used it when it was too cold for us adults), the beds are comfortable, there are 4 bikes, 2 two person kayaks, a wagon, beach chairs, and all of this is literally a 60 second walk to the beach. We had a very minor issue and the property manager was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay with our two small children and dog. The location is wonderful, a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. No ocean view from the property but it didn’t really bother us. We had never been to SSI before but loved it so much! House is in a great location with easy proximity to the village and other restaurants/shops. East Beach/Gould’s Inlet was great, truly special sunrises and sunsets and never crowded. I thought the house was well stocked and clean. My huge complaint is that given there is a private pool, it was not set up for small children from a safety standpoint. Every other property we’ve ever stayed at with a private pool had safety accommodations since they are marketing to families. For example, latches at the top of all doors leading to the outside, etc. This property had nothing like that and so we were really quite stressed out in that respect.

Fantastic stay!

We fell in love with St. Simons Island and mainly because of this wonderful home. Everything was so clean and all the pictures were exactly as shown! The location of the home was phenomenal to the beach for an easy walk for a 7 and 77 year old! Our family enjoyed everything and can't wait to visit again!

We will be back!

This home is by far the best beach house that we have stayed in as a family! It is not only gorgeous, clean, and so close to the beach, but it was equipped with everything and anything that you might need while on vacation! The pool was heated and our kids had a blast swimming after the beach, which is literally a 1 minute walk and in my opinion the best beach on SSI. When the tides were out, there was so much beach and sand to walk and play on. The restaurants and pier area are probably a 3-4 minute drive, but you are far enough away from the busy areas and it is so quiet and peaceful at this home. We could not have been more happy with this vacation, and we will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing place!

HIGHLY Recommend!

We absolutely LOVED this property. It highly exceeded our expectations, and we were so sad to leave. We are already looking at dates to return. It is very clean, with perfect decorations and so many amenities. And there was a lot more space than we expected! Just a quick walk to the beach and very short drive to the pier. If you’re looking at visiting Saint Simons Island, this is definitely where I would recommend.

I would stay here again!

The house is clean, close to the beach, well decorated & comfortable. We loved having the pool as well - and for trips to the beach, we were pleasantly surprised to see that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, a beach cart, etc. in the garage! So nice!

Lovely home

This was our second stay at this property as we loved it so much. Beautifully decorated, well stocked. Perfect set up and fantastic location. The poolside area is charming. Just what we were looking for. I wish it had one more bedroom so we could stay next year. I accidentally left my makeup bag under the sink which was my fault. The property manager did mail it to me but it was picked through. Nothing valuable to anyone else but irreplaceable items to me. Not the property owners fault but that was one disappointment.

The pool house

Stayed at this beautiful property for a week with kids and grandkids. Perfect retreat for a hot and humid Late July Week in South Georgia. The pool is the perfect size and depth for small children wearing swim wings. The house appears to be professionally decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with an array of cooking tools. The beds are very comfortable and everywhere was well cleaned. The beach is a very short walk down the path. Great family vacation retreat.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home! Plenty of room for our family of four adults and two children. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was unbelievably stocked with everything you could imagine needing! Beds were comfortable, house was super clean, and pool and downstairs area surrounding was perfect! The location to the beach is short (2 minute walk, 30 second by golf cart). You can tell the home owners take pride in their property and wanted to show the very best! Little things, like Miss Myers lemon dish soap for the dishes! The selection of reading books in the library! The quietness of all the appliances! I could go on and on. We will definitely return to Saint Simons and definitely rent this place again! Thanks for such a lovely and relaxing week!!

Wonderful beach house, super close to the beach.

House had everything we needed. Love the bicycles that we were able to use. It is so fun to bike around the island, especially as sunset approaches. We all loved the pool, as that always fills in the gaps between activities. Loved the screened-in porch- we actually ate almost all meals there. Overall, wonderful house and trip. Can't wait to visit the island a 5th time next year.
