Loved it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and comfortable! The layout was perfect for us with 2 couples. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was beautiful, and the one level living was great for us! The pool area was lovely, but unfortunately too cool to swim when we were there. Our favorite bbq place, Southern Soul, was just down the road and we were very centrally located to everything. We hope to return in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation rental!

Quiet safe neighborhood

Beautiful property with all the needed items for relaxing and pool fun. Kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms/bathrooms are lovely. I highly recommend renting bikes as the beach is only 1.5 miles away and the ride is safe and pleasant.

Relaxing fun time!

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage has everything you need. Rooms are nice size with a gorgeous kitchen for any cook. The best part…the backyard and pool. We enjoyed the pool all the days. We will definitely be back. Thank you Coventry. Great management!

Great Property and Great Hosts

First of all, the home is beautiful, and the pool is one of the prettiest in any of the properties (that I have rented) I have ever seen. The Hosts are very accommodating and responsive. When we first arrived, we had couldn't figure out how to work something in the house and I contacted them and within less than 15 minutes someone was there to show us what to do. I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we can return!

Fabulous stay at a fantastic property

I have travelled A LOT - several countries, many states, from Dallas to Des Moines and dozens of other spots. I've never had a more quiet comfortable stay than this one. The property matches the advertisement, the communication from management was timely and informative. They responded quickly with any questions. The price was good, and I would stay here anytime I am back in the area.

Spring Break

My husband, 2 boys and I enjoyed the house over spring break. It was in a nice neighborhood and the house was well appointed with all that we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable and we enjoyed some family game nights with the selection of games provided.

St. Simons Getaway

The Coastal Farmhouse was a perfect retreat for three couples that have been friends for close to 50 years! Large open areas for gathering, eating and visiting, three private bedrooms and bathrooms, all on one floor! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit out by the pool even though the weather was too cool to enjoy the water. The house was in a pretty little neighborhood in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. If we travel to St. Simons again we will certainly choose this house again.

Great pool home

Very nice home with a pool, beautiful neighborhood, and super easy to get around in St. Simon’s Island. We only had 4 people but the house can easily accommodate 6. I would definitely come back to this house in the future.
