Great Place!

What a wonderful vacation home. Close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, parks and attractions. Easy drive to East Beach. This home had everything we needed and then some. 3 porches! Fenced in yard. Very comfy beds. Fully stocked (pots/pans/appliances/coffee makers, etc...) kitchen. Nice big table for eating...plus another (for more eating...but made a great desk and puzzle place). Upstairs and downstairs laundries! Well cared for...good communication...we got 3 free bikes with our equipment credit! We loved our stay and hope to return to St. Simons Island. Thank you!

Property was great, and perfect space and location for a large family. I understand it was over Christmas break but water pipe froze and could not get any help. If the temp is not going to freeze wonderful place..

Excellent Location

This property was great for a family weekend getaway! It is walking distance from a large retail area, including restaurants and shopping, along with a pier with good ocean views. The house itself was very spacious and very private. Highly recommend!

Great house for a large group

Location - perfect! Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, lots of space to hang out, well equipped kitchen and lots of comfy beds. Loved having the porches when we needed some alone time, and a little fresh air.

Great location!

My family and I stayed at this house due to its location near the village of SSI. It's within walking distance to restaurants a beautiful park with huge water oaks / Spanish moss, and shops as well as the beach. I do wish the furniture was a bit more up to date but they were fine and the layout of the house was great for family get togethers!!!

Bad experience in St Simons

The home was in a good area.The home was beautiful.The inside of the home was very unkept.The wood floors was so dirty after walking barefoot your feet were black.The lamp shades ,window blinds,windows and air vents were covered in mold.When coming in to home had a musky smell..The couch in living room smelled.The pillows for upstairs bedrooms smelled like body order..It was horrible..Will never go back or use this company hodent rental again..

Great location and home

The location is fabulous, only 3 blocks to the 11th St beach entrance, 2 blocks from the village awesome Moo Cow ice cream , and right on the park with all the lovely live oaks ! We would def book again !

The property was perfect!

I grew up going on vacations on the island so I wanted to take my extended family there. It was just as perfect as I remembered. The house was amazing. Tons of room to spread out and have our own space since we had three separate families there. Loved it. Will visit again if we don’t decide to buy our own property on the island.

Loved this house!

Our stay was oerfect here - it was perfect for several couples, had enough beds and rooms for each of us, and the kitchen and family room open concept made family time that much more enjoyable! It is right downtown, walking distance to everything, which was so perfect! We would love to come back and highly recommend it!!

Property was well kept and very convenient tothe Village. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was two blocks from the Village. This made it convenient for those who wanted to shop. The house was in good condition although we kept seeing water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. We could not determine why. We had children with us and they may have been careless. It might be good to check this out. My only complaint was that I thought I had rented a four bedroom house. When we got there, I found three bedrooms and a room with a Murphy Bed. I'm not saying I was misled but I was not expecting that. That "bedroom" did not have a tv so I was not able to have a lot of bedroom privacy. Other than that, it was great.
