House was immaculate, lots of living areas, nice big back yard. The hot tub wasn’t heating up which is one of the reasons we booked this place as it was later in the year and the pool water would be pretty cold. Overall we loved the home.

Girls trip

We had an amazing stay! The check in and out process was easy. The house was so comfortable and cute, great location, felt safe, and suited our needs well! The kitchen could have been a little more stocked with cups/plates/mugs/untensils etc, but overall we had everything we needed as a group of 10.

Amazing family stay

Loved Milly by the Sea! Lots of space, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. All on one level was great for my MIL who has mobility issues. Able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Also, plenty of parking!

Family Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect. Fantastic layout and parking for house was great. We had our truck with trailer attached for our golf cart along with a car and we had plenty of room to park. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Got to fully enjoy the house with grill and fire pit too. We will for sure come back!!!

Room for the whole family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our kids and grandkids. There were five adults and five children. We had plenty of room and the two separate living areas were great. The kids loved the pool, the home was clean and in an excellent area. Honestly the only thing I would change is the bathrooms needed more places to hang towels. We definitely plan to return as we have stayed in several places on the island and this house is the best fit by far for our group that we have found.

I had only used VRBO to find a place to stay and was a little skeptical about a real estate company I had not heard of. The staff was super friendly, answering all my questionsand the check in/out process was so smooth and easy. The house was better than expected (it's not always easy to tell from pictures)and all 10 of us were so excited to have found such a great house! Location was great and the house was amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Milly by the Sea is an absolutely great property. Having a home on one level is fantastic for families. This home is well designed with an excellent combination of shared open space for spending time with your group as well as ample bedrooms and private space when needed. The pool and backyard are fantastic. It is a short drive to a variety of beach accesses and "Town". There are tennis and pickleball courts a short drive away as well. Being off the main roads was great for privacy and peace/quiet.

Perfect for our Family

The house was just what we needed. Plenty of open spaces that gave us the ability to give our grandchildren their own space to play games, etc., while giving the adults room to have conversations. The primary bedroom was very spacious and totally private from the rest of the bedrooms. The pool was just the right size to cool off and to keep a close watch on young swimmers. Having everything on 1 level and ground entry was very nice after renting a property a couple of years ago that had way too many steps. The island in the kitchen was very large and would accommodate 6 adults easily, while still providing space for all the vacation stuff that seems to accumulate. We would highly recommend this property for a 10 member family such as ours.

House was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location. We could walk to the beach and town. The hot tub was not on when we arrived although I had paid for it. There was a timer issue which also made us miss another evening of tub use. It was rectified but we still lost 2 days. There was a lack of forks which were delivered quickly when I left a message. Overall we had a very nice time.
