THE SPACE
This condo (unit 2206 on the 2nd floor) has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one bedroom, one bath with a bonus sleeper sofa; fully furnished unit that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse
400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Photos are representative of the unit - all units are furnished and decorated the same.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Relaxing vacation spot
The property was spotless, quiet, and walking distance to everything SSI has to offer! I would definitely stay at this property again. The property owner was very gracious and easy to reach.

Absolutely Perfect
Everything about this place was perfect!! Very nice furnishings, very clean, easy parking, and the location couldn’t be any better. We were able to walk to restaurants, candy store, and the park with our daughter. Can ’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Condo
It was in good shape, minor things needing repair. There was no manager on the premises while we were there. But our representative, Alex, always replied by text in a timely manner.
We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location
The condo was great. Walk out of the back parking lot and the village is steps away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed if cooking in, great big balcony for relaxing, toiletries were provided. The pool area was nice, chairs and a grill if needed,we didn't swim because it was a bit chilly.
Master bedroom was really big and had a huge closet. The kitchen was just beautiful, and living room had ample seating for several people to be comfortable.
