  • Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 2 bikes to use for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings.

    Optional Fees (Contact me after confirmed booking):
    *2pm EST check in: $20
    *12pm EST check out: $20
    *Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
    *Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

    Price Includes per stay:
    4 Bath Towels
    4 Wash Cloths
    1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
    4 Starter Coffee Pods

    If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

    By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
    reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Property was neat, clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooks the pool and was very nice sitting out there in the evening. Condo was centrally located making getting around quick and easy!

Island Getaway

Great place to stay for a night. We didn’t stay in the unit much except to shower and sleep, but it was clean and in a good area. Communication was fantastic. Would stay again.

Relaxation Get Away

We wanted a couple relaxing days away from it all. That is what we found during our Pool View stay. Comfortable bed, relaxing pool, walking distance to a variety of good food, shopping, parks, and beautiful pier view.

Guys weekend

Brother in law and I with our 2 teen sons came down to St. Simon's for a weekend of golf and good food. Property was perfect, clean and well located.

Last minute stay

We were traveling thru to see family this was a great place to stay with our family. We had so much fun with the park and pool on property. It was nice to be close to the pier and the village we drove since we had our small child with us but you could easily take the bikes that they had. We would stay again if in the area.

The complex was really easy to get to. Our GPS took us straight there. This is the very first building when you turn in too so access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked fantastic and the hot water was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a short stay and had everything we needed. The view is splendid and the pool is very nice as well. The bed and pull out couch were also both very comfortable. Overall a very well maintained rental and we hope to be able to stay here in the future because it had easy access to getting to the beach and pier.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The pool was right outside of our room and finding the room was amazingly easy! If we ever get the chance to return to SSI, we would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed

Loved this place. Comfortable bed and couch and loved the view—especially at night. If I could give the host ten stars, I would, as he was all about making our stay the best. If I had a question it was answered within minutes. Found lots to do in the area with pickleball and restaurants leading the list! Great beach nearby. Hope to get back here soon, and will rebook this property!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

The unit was just as described. Very clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was great with communication. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon!

Pleasant, well-located place. Quiet neighbors. Short walk to the restaurants downtown. Bike paths are abundant. Always nice to get back to St. Simons.

Great stay

Mini Vacation

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.

This is a very nice condo in a good location. The walk is a little longer than expected but doable. This is a good place for a couple to get away and have some quiet time.

We needed a safe and clean place to stay for the night. This was a great location close to the pier. There are so many good places to eat and shop making this the perfect place for us.Having coffee, creamer and sweeteners there was a very nice touch.Communication with the owner and instructions were excellent.
