  • Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.

    The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

    Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony. Unless specified, residences do not offer ocean views.

    Check-In: 4:00 pm
    Check-Out: 10:00 am

    • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants 5 persons.
    • One dog allowed with the addition of the $100 pet fee.
    • Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
    •The beach is accessible via Shipwatch's private boardwalk. The Pier/Village area is 2 miles away

    Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

    What to Expect in your Unit:
    • There are 2 TVs located in this property.
    • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
    • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

    Bedding Includes:
    1- King
    2- Twins

    Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Immaculately clean, pet friendly property. Well appointed, nicely updated unit. Pool was sparkling and enjoyable. Beach access was great. This property was perfect for us & we will definitely return !!

Bit small but clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Love the elevator, shopping carts, and suitcase trolleys. Walk to beach is whimsy and close. Yeah it was a good stay.

Everything was good. Distance to the beach was further than was stated. Parking was a problem. No access to the storage room to get the beach chairs and wagon. We experienced very loud neighbors above us. We were on the second floor. People did not pick up after their dogs.

We loved our time at this condo! It was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed being able to jump in the pool to cool off after a full day at the beach. Will definitely stay again!

It was very clean. Considering the age. It would be nice to have an updated coffee pot and new dishes as some of them were stained from where. But we did love the building in the beach and all the people who met there.

Good experience overall; check in/check out easy, accommodations right for what we were looking for, pool and beach great. We would stay here again. Only real critique, couldn’t use living room TV as previous guest didn’t log out.

We stayed here at Ship Watch 31 yrs ago so this was a memorable time. Always enjoyed the island. Love the access to the pool and ocean. We will return for a future visit.

1st time vacation on st. Simon's island.

We absolutely loved it there. It had a home town/community vibe instead of crowded tourist vibe. We hope to visit again! The condo was nice but looked bigger in the pictures. The parking was confusing at first but once we read that there is no assigned parking spots it was fine.

Everything worked well and it was comfy. Be sure to use the wagon in the shed with chairs in it.

Everything was good except the path to the beach. I wished they had a boardwalk to the beach. My mother in law is 80 and it was hard for her to get to the beach especially when the path was flooded and slippery from the rains.
