Communication is everything
I booked this condo for a Mother/Daughter Trip with my elderly mom. We had a very long drive the day of check in and arrived at approximately 10 pm. The gate code we were given did not work and a kind gentleman in front of us let us use his code. The check in instructions only gave the condo # and had no guidance on which building the condo was located in. There are many buildings! The complex has some lighting but it was very dark. We asked several people in the parking lot if they could direct us to where the condo # was and sadly they could not. We called the contact # and the lady who answered was not very helpful. She seemed very confused and kept saying "I don't know what to tell you. Let me call you back." This went on for a good 45 minutes and we still had no clear cut instructions on how to get to the condo.THIS WAS EXTREMELY STRESSFUL!I ended up going from building to building and trying to figure out exactly where the unit was located. The property manager finally called and proceeded to tell me that the condo was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. The door has a wreath on it so you cannot see the #. I truly wish the listing had specified that this is a 3rd floor unit without an elevator available.I did advise the property manager they should add this info and am glad to see they now specify it's a 3rd floor unit. It's a very nice condo in a good location.
