Two Words - BOOK IT!!! This house is absolutely amazing and has everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation. The views are absolutely spectacular and each bedroom has an ocean view. We sat outside on the patio every morning enjoying our coffee and watching the beautiful sunrises!! We also watched a couple cruise ships passing by on their way to the port. This villa is gorgeous and had everything we needed for our vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are provided which made our beach days so nice and easy. We even grilled fresh fish on the outside grill one night. The house is luxurious and very very clean. We can't wait to go back!!Thank you for your beautiful home Joel!!

Absolutely PERFECT! This place is more gorgeous than even the pictures show. Hosts were incredible and very communicative. House was spotless clean. Great location near Magens Bay (but also be sure to visit our favorite, Lindquist beach). The house has backup auto generator power (which is key with current electric on the island). Two laundry rooms (one on each floor) was a huge plus, and AC works flawlessly in all rooms. Road to house is a bit steep, but so are most all of the roads on the entire island - recommend nothing larger than a small SUV if you plan to rent a car. We are already planning to return in the future! Thanks Joel for the incredible week!

This is an absolutely beautiful property - the photos are true to what you find! Our family of six enjoyed our time at this villa; everyone enjoyed our Christmas and New Year's stay. The property has awesome views and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The fact that there is a generator is great and makes your stay very seamless with no interruption of power.Joel is very responsive to any questions that you have and is great to work with!We highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!!

This was an absolutely luxurious place to stay. So much relaxing was had by all. All the little things helped too, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers made for easy beach days. Make sure you have a good vehicle to get in and out of the driveway. Our first time to the island and we were not prepared for the steepness of the driving. That being said it was just beautiful to drive to different beaches and to take the car ferry to St. John. Thank you for your home Joel!

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in St. Thomas. The property manager met us at the airport and took us to the property so we didn’t get lost. He was really great to work with. My only suggestions would be to add spices, and sugar to the cabinets for guests to use for cooking. Also, there are a lot of baby spiders running in the kitchen drawers and all over the counters by the sink that need to be sprayed for. The sink in the island is also plugged. Our recent stay at Joel's home (Seascape Villa) in St. Thomas was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived (meeting Curlson-Joel hires him to show us the home), we were blown away by the beauty, comfort, and attention to detail that went into every aspect of this property. The views alone are worth the trip-breathtaking, panoramic, and every changing with light. Waking up to the sparkling turquoise water and the sunrise each morning felt like a dream. The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked either everything we could have possibly needed. Every corner of the house felt welcoming and peaceful. The host clearly cares deeply about their guests' experience and communication was prompt and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and stress-free. If you are considering this home-book it! It's a place to truly be-to unwind, to reconnect, and soak in natural beauty. At night, the magic continued-the stargazing was absolutely incredible. We are already dreaming of our return. Thank you for making my 50th birthday one that everyone will cherish for years to come. We also hired Ultimate Chef Services for a dinner and brunch and LeAnna (owner & chef) is the best of the best-worth every penny! Thank you Joel-best decision and money spent!

This home was absolutely beautiful with amazing views and with everything our family with kids needed. An extra bonus was Carlson who picked us up from the airport and drove us the rest of the week. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the island and always very prompt with his time. I would highly recommend this home to others and would also say that there is no need to rent vehicles when you have some one as good as Curlson to drive.

A week in paradise

Loved everything about this property!!!! The pool was huge and so much fun! The views from all angles were indescribable…..they just go on and on and are unbeatable. Beautiful and clean inside, bathrooms are very upscale. Kitchen had everything you need. Best part of the trip was having Curlson drive us around the beautiful island and teach us about St.Thomas! He was the best and I can’t wait to go back and spend another week there. Do not hesitate to book!

Gorgeous Property

The entire stay in St. Thomas was enjoyable. The Seascape Villa was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Every view of the ocean was breathtaking from the guest rooms to the infinity pool. Everything about this villa was exceptional and the owner was pleasant and helpful. If you are traveling to St. Thomas and want to make the villa as memorable as the beautiful beaches then stay at the Seascape Villa and you will never forget your stay in the Virgin Islands.

Even in paradise, things may go awry. In those times, you are wholly reliant on the host and, for us, Joel proved to be most friendly and helpful host we've ever had, with immediate responsiveness to help us figure out anything that came up. You may not usually prioritize this when booking, but when you need help, it is priceless. And, it is a huge bonus for this home!

Incredible view !

This is our second visit to this rental ! If there is a complaint it would be getting to the house, but we obviously overlook this as it is sooo worth it when you arrive. The house is clean, the most important thing for us! All bedrooms afford great privacy with lovely bathrooms on each. I have never had a rental as well appointed as this one , Joel has thought of everything literally.Naturally the views are spectacular ! You won’t be disappointed . Truly excellent rental !

Absolutely stunning

We have stayed in the Magens Bay Area several times. This was the BEST house yet! Spacious, views are spectacular and the pool was very clean with “pinch me” backgrounds. The house overall was very clean. Also a plus, every pot and utensil was there for our use.

Great vacation

We had a great time, view was spectacular. Very close to Megan's Bay which was great for snorkeling, and just relaxing. Views from house were amazing and pool was clean and again view was spectacular. House is everything we expected and pictures are current so expect what you see. Restaurants around house were close and very good. Just an all around great trip. Highly recommend!
