*Distances shown on booking platforms are generated automatically using map coordinates and do not reflect local terrain. St. Thomas roads are steep, winding, and often do not have sidewalks. For safety reasons, most locations on island are not walkable. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle for your stay.

*Hurricane Season is July – October, we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a storm

*Island Charm - We do suffer power outages occasionally and while we hope this doesn't happen while you are visiting, know that Palm Gardens does not have a generator. While it may be inconvenient, no refunds will be given for any power outages during your stay.

*There are stray cats in the community that owners and guests have lovingly adopted and feed. You will see them lounging around the parking lots and on the stairway at times. They are harmless and usually just scurry away*
