Our host was spectacular.

We had a lovely spot. One of the best view properties we have ever had. View from the living room, kitchen, dining and bedroom. Just remarkable. I had a health issue that required emergency surgery. Our host worked with us to find the additional nights needed as I recovered my health issue . She saved us!!!

The property is just like the pictures. Spacious, clean, all the needed amenities, and spectacular views. The underrated part is the proximity to Coki, Lindquist, and Sapphire beaches, as well as Red Hook. Will return!

Winter Vacation

The stay was lovely, the people were friendly, but the hills and steps were hell, everywhere you go, up hill, steps, so be in great shape, prepare to walk, are pay taxi, driving yourself around for the 1st. Time not recommended.

From the second we arrived, we were in love. The views were amazing and the restaurant ocean 180 was magnificent. All the nice beaches are very close which was convenient! It was really a simple perfect layout and I’m glad that I spent my first anniversary with my wife here! Will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks again for the great hospitality!!!!! Would recommend to everyone 5***** thank you for the great memories we were so sad we didn’t want to leave :’(

Great little place to stay for a long weekend

We had a wonderful trip to St Thomas and loved this condo. It was in a great location to get to different places on the island, including proximity to several great beaches and Red Hook to grab the ferry to St John. The place was clean, cute and has gorgeous views. Recommend a rental car as the hills in the area including on the Point Pleasant resort make it difficult to walk from place to place. The only thing to mention was the WiFi did not work well- and while this may be good to disconnect while on a getaway, I had work to get done so it caused some frustration. I understand they are working to improve this, so by the time you visit it may be a non-issue! The owner was super responsive and helpful!

Yes, that is really your view!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the photos on the website depicting the view were the real thing- not stock photos! Unfortunately for us, we came at a super windy stretch, so weren't able to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted. The unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable with plenty of storage. The only 2 things we thought we could have used more of were coasters (lots of wood furniture and only 2 coasters) and some potholders. The kitchen has a convection microwave and a 2 burner cooktop, but no oven. Plenty of cookware and dishes. The refrigerator was leaking onto the floor when we arrived, but the hosts were super responsive to texts and came to check it out that day. They thought it was condensation and encouraged us to close the door tightly, but this did not help. Nor did turning off the ice maker. We (well, my husband) spent the rest of the time mopping up the water in the fridge. If you are not already aware, this property is on a steeply graded elevation. Unless you want to drive, you will be walking up and down a lot of stairs, or walking a steep road. There are 2 restaurants on the property- both a hike, and Margaritaville is also accessible by a trail. The pools were beautiful and we didn't have any issues finding a chair to relax.

One of our best family vacations ever!

My wife, my 9 yr old and 12 yr old sons, and I spent the week after Christmas - the 1st of 2023 Wonderful experience from booking to checkout. Unbelievable views!! Excellently furnished, clean, spacious living space, and communication was excellent!! Our boys say "Best Vacation Ever!!"

Best views on St Thomas

We had a great stay. The condo was very, very clean. The views were awesome. The hosts left complimentary goodies in the fridge. They communicated via email from our initial booking, pre-arrival on the island, on arrival and departure. The detailed list they sent us of things to do and see while in St Thomas was very helpful. And the restaurants recommended were some of the best. Thank you again for a great stay and being awesome hosts! Greg & Teresa

Great Stay at Point Pleasant Resort

My Wife had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and the room itself was immaculate and great place to watch the sunrise in the morning. I would highly recommend to anyone.
