The good, this was a very nice place. Clean, well kept, stocked with all little things that help make a stay enjoyable. Very comfortable furnishings make it a nice relaxing place as well. Did not have time to use the pool. The not so good but out of the hosts control was the rolling blackouts. Talking with folks that live on the island and they say these are common occurrences. Only stayed for two nights and both evenings we lost power about 8pm. The first night power came back sometime after we gave up and went to bed. Second night power was still not back when we had checked out the next morning. Would stay here again but only if they install a backup generator.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, apparently freshly painted. It is close to Magens Bay beach and not far from Red Hook. The communication with Stacy was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully furnished, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very communicative and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

As Pictured

From booking to departure the entire transaction was seamless. The unit is as pictured and well appointed. The instructions in the "house rules" were concise and easy to follow. My only fault with the process was I would prefer to have received the access code on the morning of my arrival as opposed to at check in time. Not that I would access the unit prior to the 3:00pm check in, my concern was if there was a problem there wouldn't be enough "daylight hours: to resolve the issue. Even with that said, I would stay here again.

The beds are to die for !!

We absolutely loved that there were 2 masters so that you never had to disturb or take turns with anyone else . The neighbors were so helpful bc some are locals with lots of good island secrets to share . We are animal lovers so the neighborhood kitties and roosters were fun to watch play amongst the beautiful flowers . If you’re a light sleeper perhaps bring some ear plugs in case chicken man decides to choose your window to alert of sunrise haha.. we will most definitely return . The views alone and privacy from the chaos of the village were what put it over the top for us !! Thanks Stacy and VRbo

Great views of the bay

This condo was so beautiful and the view from the balcony was equally amazing! The host communicated everything we needed to know and when we had a couple of dumb moments after checking in (not knowing how to turn on one of the lights and one of the showers) she was extremely quick to respond to my message and she called to walk me through things. Very nice touches like coffee, which us adults enjoyed, and snacks that my kids enjoyed! We didn't need it, but there's a baby crib and baby bath, beach chairs and toys that we didn't use, but we did donate our pool noodles that we got at the beginning of our trip in St. John. I also greatly appreciated finding a broom because we inevitably tracked sand in and I didn't want it all over the bottoms of my feet. Loved the couch and the balcony - sat on the balcony every morning to read, enjoy my coffee and listen to the roosters before my kids woke up. Loved getting some local recommendations like grocery store and restaurants - we decided to swap out a planned restaurant for one of the recommended ones - Caribbean Fish Market and it did not disappoint!Would highly recommend this condo despite not being on the beach - it was perfect and I would stay here again if the occasion ever arose.

Beautifully decorated Quiet retreat

This is a quiet small condo complex. 5 buildings with 8 units each that is close to Megen’s Bay. Nicely designed and exactly what is pictured. We stayed for 4 weeks and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again, Stacey.

Beautiful home

My family and I had an amazing time. The home is absolutely beautiful. Stacey is awesome and very responsive. She appears to have anticipated most of our needs with beach chairs, beach towels etc.

Paradise On A Hill

The home was beautiful, and pictures are an exact match. I celebrated my birthday with my sister on the island and Stacy left a beautiful bday welcome gift. The house was very clean and there were plenty snacks, toiletries and appliances left for our use. Location was perfect, nothing was really more than 20-25 minutes away. Stacy was very helpful even before our arrival and her was response time was quick. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

St. Thomas visit 1/23/24 through 2/1/24

The positives: The location is good, but a rental car is a must. The unit itself was very clean and tidy and as described. The beds are very comfy and both bedrooms have ceiling fans and adequate air conditioning. Both bathrooms, while somewhat small were clean and fully functional and nicely equipped with soaps, shampoo, towels, etc. The kitchen is also clean and well equipped with glassware, bowls, plates and cookware. The coffee maker is a Keurig and has a wide selection of K-cups available to use. The kitchen also has a quiet ceiling fan to cool things down. The living room is very comfy and well situated for TV viewing and conversations and it also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The deck is a pleasant spot with a small sofa for enjoying the view. The slider to the deck is heavy (not horrible) and takes a little effort to open. The blinds had a couple broken slats (one in the kitchen and one in the living room, not a big deal and I reported them to the property manager. As far as the property manager, they were responsive and easy to communicate with. All information was provided in a timely manner to access the property. The negatives: The property was advertised as having a hot tub, unfortunately and disappointingly it does “not” have a hot tub. According to the property manager this was a typo in the ad. To add further disappointment to the situation, the swimming pool area and pool itself are not clean.

Immaculately Clean, Great Views

This place was SPARKLING clean. It was well stocked, minus a pasta strainer! 🤣 Beach chairs, beach towels and really comfortable beds with soft linens and comfy pillows were great! Great spot to rest at night. We'd definitely stay here again!

misleading photos and description

The condo project is in very poor shape and is not being maintained well in my opinion. The wood decks and stairs are unsafe in my opinion. They are rotting and being propped up by 2x4s sitting in the dirt. The outside of the unit smelled of cat urine as many feral cats are on the property. Lots of debris and trash laying around the property and parking lots. The parking lots are in very poor shape and not being maintained. Pool area is very small with no views. The unit has a small view of the distant water but most of the view is of other buildings. There are good reasons the owner only shows very narrow views of the property and no views of the outside of the overall property. The property appears to be largely occupied by local residents. The property was substantially overpriced. We have stayed in the BVI and VI multiple times. This unit is not on our return list. When we complained, the host tried to blame the past hurricane. The last significant hurricane was five years ago. The inside of the unit was average. The unit has two bedrooms but only has a 19 gallon water tank. An average shower consumes 17 gallons. Do the math. The kitchen has a nice coffee service but is otherwise poorly equipped. Very small bathrooms. Furnishings are average. We asked to communicate with the owner about leaving the unit but the "host" would not provide contact information. We suspected she might be the owner. The host did not address our concerns.
