This property is exactly as listed Every need has been thought of and provided. The pool is fab! The lights at night are beautiful. This property is close to all your Red Hook and ferry needs.

Host was available to provide help when needed. The place was incredible, and probably the best location I've stayed at to date. Absolutely perfect, the golden standard.

Bliss at the beach

Perfect place for our week long visit! Walking distance to sapphire beach. Short drive to Redhook for great restaurants, shopping and activities.

Villa in paradise

The villa was exactly as described. Super private and an easy walk to amazing beaches. We loved waking to the sunrise over the pool. And that shower! We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Loved the pool, and it was a pretty easy walk to Sapphire Beach following a path from the property. The unit had snorkel gear which was great for taking with us to the beach. We also loved the on-site restaurant Pangea.

Would Definitely Recommend!

My wife and I just went here after being married for our honeymoon. The location was great, Shawn had quick communication, and there were no issues. This spot is 2min away from Lindqvist Beach which was a great snorkeling spot. This place offers privacy, while also being close to everything you need! Thanks Shawn for a unforgettable honeymoon!

Amazing villa!

The location was perfect and thw upgrades are just amazing. The property manager was always available super friendly! If you are looking for a private place to stay this is exactly what you want!!!

Just as Advertised - Great Host!

The Villa was the perfect spot to start and end days during our trip to St. Thomas. Short distances to multiple beaches and the Red Hook with various options for entertainment and dining. We ran into some iffy weather so having the private pool on site is the perfect amenity. Also, the restaurant attached to the villas was amazing. Shawn was responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. We would definitely visit again and stay here!

Lovely home

Love this property,defientely will come back again to this property,perfect area and close by everything! Owner communicate with us very good and quick respond from him every time. Worth staying at this property and will recommend this property to anyone! We especially love the privacy pool and the shower!!

Amazing Week!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The villa was beautiful, private, and clean. We were able to walk to Sapphire Beach, which is gorgeous. They also have a great beach bar and sometimes offer live music. So fun! We enjoyed the on-site restaurant at Pavilions and Pools as well! It’s called Pangea, highly recommend. The host, Shawn, was wonderful, responsive, and gave us plenty of suggestions for food, fun, and sun!

The property is private and beautiful! The doors to the bedroom and the living both open up to the pool. You can literally jump into the pool right out of bed literally! The place is clean and unque. The bathroom is amazing with a indoor/outdoor private shower. There is ac in the bedroom and the living room that get pretty cold which is a plus as the island gets pretty hot. The home has adequate parking and is easily accessable. There is a restaurant and bar on the property as well. It is very close to Saphirre beach. The condo is stacked with plates and condiments in the fridge. There is a smart tv where you can log into your personal Youtube, Netflix etc. Shawn the host is amazing and extremely fast at communicating. The only downside was that our flight was delayed so we didn't get to enjoy the place longer.

Our Anniversary Getaway

Shaun thought of absolutely everything. His place was perfectly clean! We even recommended it to some friends of ours would really appreciate that. The only things "less than" perfect, he would have no control over. The TV on STT is "spotty". And, I love a warm (too warm for some) pool. So, we really didn't get hardly any use of his beautiful pool. I believe it was the time of year (early Dec.) and the fact that a giant palm shades it way too much!

Challenging

Broken a/c in living room, no water for 2 1/2 days. Had to take pots of water from the pool to flush the toilet. Unit was supposed to have a grill and there was not one there. No rafts for the pool. Office hours for the property are posted 9am to 5pm. We were there for two weeks and never saw anyone in there. Property Grounds are not kept up with

Peaceful private oasis

Shawn was an excellent host. He was great to communicate with and responded quickly. We enjoyed our time at his property. Very private and peaceful. Clean and had and had all the amenities needed for the stay. We will definitely look into using one of Shawn’s properties again.
