One Beach Road es una villa de varios niveles arquitectónicamente impresionante con 5 dormitorios, 5 ½ baños y amplios espacios comunes para relajarse, tomar el sol y comer. La villa frente a la playa está aislada detrás de puertas electrónicas en Pelican Point en el East End de St. Thomas y solo a una milla de la pequeña ciudad marina de Red Hook. La villa se sometió a una extensa renovación y redecoración en 2016-17 y los nuevos propietarios han agregado muchas campanas y silbidos para que su experiencia de vacaciones sea aún mejor.

La villa principal tiene 4 dormitorios (3 reyes, 1 reina) y 4. 5 baños. El apartamento de entrada independiente tiene una cama king, un sofá cama queen, cocina y baño completo. Las 4 habitaciones de la villa principal tienen impresionantes vistas del océano turquesa y la playa de arena blanca desde cada uno de sus balcones privados. Tres cuartos de baño espaciosos cuentan con baño privado, mientras que un dormitorio tiene un baño completo en el pasillo. Todos los baños tienen tocadores más grandes, lavabos dobles, duchas grandes y azulejos europeos de porcelana.

El apartamento es la suite de 5 dormitorios con capacidad para 4 personas. Esto se puede reservar si se aloja con más de 8 adultos o se puede agregar si desea espacio adicional y cocina adicional. El apartamento nunca se reserva por separado, por lo que tendrá total privacidad en One Beach Road.

La moderna cocina de vanguardia cuenta con estufa y horno a gas, refrigerador, microondas y lavaplatos, y los gabinetes cuentan con todas las herramientas necesarias para crear sus propias cenas. O pídanos una recomendación de chef privado! Hay una mesa de comedor dentro o elige comer al aire libre en el porche cubierto junto a la piscina. ¡Un refrigerador para bebidas está junto a la mesa exterior, por lo que no tendrás que ir muy lejos por uno frío!

Un patio muy cómodo, perfecto para disfrutar de un café cada mañana o tomar una copa mientras se pone el sol, conduce a la piscina de borde infinito. La playa está salpicada de palmeras de coco, uva de mar y sillones para relajarse. Además, una mesa a la sombra de los árboles de uva de mar ofrece un lugar ideal para un almuerzo informal después de practicar snorkel o kayak.

One Beach Road se encuentra en su propia playa privada de arena blanca, que abarca un singular embarcadero de piedra cubierta de arena. Explore el arrecife de coral en su patio trasero, donde podrá ver coloridos peces tropicales, corales, rayos del mar y tortugas.

Un generador de reserva automático admite toda la propiedad en caso de un apagón. Probablemente nunca notará una interrupción, ya que se activa en menos de 4 minutos.

One Beach Road está a solo 5 minutos en auto de Red Hook, donde hay muchos bares y restaurantes para elegir, así como tiendas y supermercados. El ferry a St. John también se encuentra en Red Hook, lo que hace que un viaje de un día sea una experiencia fácil.

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in St. Thomas! The home was spacious, clean, and offered a perfect balance of privacy while still being conveniently close to the market, restaurants, and other beaches. We quite enjoyed the views and wildlife from the outdoor seating areas. The walkable trails to nearby beaches was a great perk. Julie was an excellent host, providing great recommendations, and the grocery delivery service made settling in so easy.A few things to keep in mind: sound carries easily inside the villa, so even with a white noise machine, we could hear conversations and movement from the common areas. The WiFi didn’t quite reach the annex, which was a bit of an inconvenience for those staying there. Also, maneuvering cars through the gate was a little tight and stressful. Some of us found the beds too firm, while others were very comfortable.

5-Star Review for ONE BEACH ROAD, St. Thomas USVIOur group of four couples stayed at ONE BEACH ROAD in mid-February 2025, and it was an incredible experience. The house and location were absolutely fantastic. Nestled on the edge of Smith Bay, the views of the surrounding islands were stunning.The pool and hot tub were highlights for us—being able to relax in fresh water while listening to the waves and gazing out over the sand and ocean was pure paradise. The peninsula location brought some wind but also provided breathtaking views.Julie, the homeowner, was extremely responsive to any questions, making the stay even more enjoyable. The Sonos audio system was a great touch, allowing us to easily set the perfect vibe throughout the house.The location was ideal, with a very short walk to Pelican Beach and Lindqvist Beach. For those looking for a bit more adventure, a longer walk takes you to Sapphire Beach, where there’s a fun beach bar.We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious and scenic getaway in St. Thomas. It’s hard to think of anything that could have made our stay better!

Family Vacation

The property is just as listed and so much more!! It is amazing! The views are to die for! The home has everything you could ever want or need..and more. The pool, the hot tub, the kitchen, living room...every detail was thought of. The beds were so comfortable! We were able to snorkel out front even though it was a bit rough, but that was from the tradewinds at the time we were there. We saw fish and even a manta-or stingray! Julie coordinated with our delivery person for our grocery delivery and helped us through the process. Julie also gave great recommendations on snorkeling at Coki..fish, fish and more fish!! We also enjoyed a walk to Sapphire Beach and Pelican Beach! But honestly you dont even have to leave the property, it has everything! Even the exercise room made me actually want to work out..killer views from there! Julie was extra accomodating..and saved us when my husband put our things in the safe...without a code..and locked it... 1 million percent recommend this property! Julie is the best and you definitely won't be disappointed with your stay here! We hope to rent again in the future!

Family Trip

House was just as described. Perfect for our families post Christmas trip. The owner is more than easy to communicate with. You honestly don’t have to leave the house if you don’t want to. Our only disappointment was having to leave a day early due to the snow storm headed to Atlanta. Highly recommend this property.

Incredible Views & Property

10/10! The house and our experience exceeded our expectations. Julie was so accommodating and helpful and answered all of our questions. She even shared videos of paths to take us to local beaches. Jill met us at the house and made us feel so welcome. From the moment you enter the house you can't help but feel you are someplace special! All of the rooms have great views and have comfortable beds and linens. I can't think of anything negative to say. We loved the location of the house. We felt like we were so far away from everything since the house felt so private, but we were also so close to town where we could shop for groceries and take day trips. You won't regret renting One Beach Road. We will be back!

Property was as advertised. Stunning water views, infinity pool, hot tub, and jetty. It was our dream come true for a PRIVATE beach wedding. The neighbors can not see the yard due to vegetation (Mangroves/palms etc). We had the pleasure of having 16 family and friends join us for the wedding. Only 10 people stayed on site. It was worked out amazing. Our host/ owner Julie was very communicative and responded immediately with any concerns. We all made wonderful memories. One helpful note to those never to the Caribbean ***You MUST bring bug spray. The no see ums are our worse enemy. Dawn and Dusk you have to put on protection they are relentless little creatures. Other than the no see ums there was absolutely no other negatives. This property is absolutely stunning and the decor is awesome! I slept like a baby (the pillows were perfect! Love,love, loved our time there!

awesome family trip

This property was amazing! We loved everything about it! The pool and the beach right on the property were perfect. There is honestly no need to leave if you don't want t!! We had 12 adults, 4 couples stayed in the main house and 4 20 year olds stayed in the apartment! It was perfect for us. The snorkeling right on the property was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend this property and Julie the host was great. We are hoping we can come back some day!! It was the best vacation for our family with so many great memories!!😊

Life's short- Take the Trip!

After a health scare in our family was resolved, my wife and I decided to take a trip to St. Thomas with our 4 children, our daughter's spouse, and 3-year-old grandson. One Beach Road was a perfect fit for us. Not only is the house and view stunning, but it also met the needs of our family perfectly, which includes our 12-year-old son with Down syndrome who has mobility issues. The infinity pool, easy access to the ocean, the jetty perfect for fishing, the centrally located kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms made this home a dream come true. We enjoyed having a chef to the home to cook several magnificent dinners for us, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and having a professional photographer take many great family photos. And, Julie, the property manager, was so easy to correspond with for any questions we had. This beach house is unparalleled!

Birthday Trip

We just spent my wife's 40th birthday week at One Beach and it was everything plus more!! From the initial check in to helping with Taxi contacts the manager and owner were awesome! Anytime we had a question they responded promptly and handled the it and stayed in touch to make sure everything was good. The house was stunning and the pool and private beach were everything we couldve asked for!! We snorkled everyday and the reef right in front of the house offered a variety of fish and coral to explore. Thinking of staying at One Beach then go ahead you will not be disappointed!! Highly recommend Julie's property!!!!

Lovely property. We snorkeled every single day Sometimes twice a day! Lots of time spent in beautiful pool. Even took the kayaks out once. Fully stocked kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful stay but lack of security was concerning. Gates never closed, the sliding glass windows on back did not lock, and downstairs door would not open.

40 and FANTASTIC

8 adults stayed for some 40th birthday fun, we had 0 expectations beyond the photos here, what an amazing property and vacation!! Everything exceeded our expectations- the VIEW, every bedroom had an amazing view and also very private; the AMENITIES, the full sound system, ice maker, outside fridge…. But the best part was STACI, what an awesome host. We used so many of her recommendations, and loved every one! She was so easy to communicate with, responsive, even delivered fresh muffins one morning! What a gem! We could go on and on- only disappointment was having to leave! Hopefully one day we will make it back to this magical place, it has stollen our hearts!

Hidden Gem

Fantastic week and One Beach Rd. Staci was a fantastic host and helped out with anything we asked. The location was fantastic and just a few minutes from our sailboat charter and paddle board outfitter. The amenities at this property were superb and it will be hard to rent anything else after staying here.

Couples Trip

Stacy was amazing - she answered any questions we had and was on top of it. She delivered homemade muffins that were amazing. The home was everything that is shown on line. The quality of everything is amazing and the home could not have been better. We were on a couples trip. Their were six of us and we loved every minute. Not one complaint!! I have been going to St.Thomas for 10 years and this home was the best one. We will be back soon!! Thank you Stacy for everything!!

Great place for large family

We had a wonderful stay at this property and our family of 10...with our kids and partners ranging in ages from 12-25. We used the apartment and had plenty of room. The backyard (beach and pool) was so amazing! We snorkeled everyday and had lots of pool time. Snorkel gear, floats and pool noodles at the house, but could rent snorkel gear in nearby Red Hook. Perfect location for setting up a fishing excursion and private catamaran day trip to snorkel and sail. Coral World is close and it's super close to Margaritaville and Sapphire Beach. Also the ferry to St John's and several restaurants are in Red Hook (5 min away). It was a wonderful trip and the location and property were a big reason for this! Thank you for the memories!

Paradise

This Villa will definitely make you feel like you’re living your best life. More beautiful than the pictures that are online. Felt very very safe. In fact, we had to keep reminding ourselves to lock the door. This villa had everything you could possibly want. We shopped at Moe‘s which was five minutes away. Everything is extremely close. Staci was amazing and be sure to follow all of her recommendations. She is truly a beautiful person inside and out, and takes very good care of you. We were very blessed to find this amazing property.

We didn’t want to leave.

Our group of friends had a memorable time at One Beach Road. The pictures don’t do it justice and the views are stunning. We all had plenty of room to spread out and find our own spaces or come together on the comfy outdoor furniture after a day exploring the islands. We took advantage of the nice kitchen and made some great meals. We had a little trouble finding some of the flatware and kitchen gadgets but we figured it out. (Surprise, there are drawers in side the drawers!) Stacy was a great host and quick to respond to texts and minor situations that came up or if we ran out of supplies. She even came and quickly fixed a hole in one of the kayaks. The house is very close to Red Hook and that made it easy to run in for provisions, a bite eat or to hop on the ferry over to St John. The gates to enter the area and property were kind of a hassle but at least we felt safe! We did have an issue with the resident iguana threatening and chasing one of our guests off the beach. Apparently he just didn’t like her! It made for a comical video we’ll all look back on and laugh at later. The snorkeling was great off the private beach and jetty. The winds were too strong earlier in the week, so we only got out on the water a few times towards the end of our trip. The pool was also too cold to swim in during that time. When the weather passed and it warmed up, we enjoyed it. One Beach Road is dream house with spectacular views on a gorgeous island. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

One Beach Road

First the great things about this property. Staci, the house manager is fantastic. She provided a print out of places to eat and things to do as well as private chefs. We chose Josh who I would highly recommend. Staci even provided a contact for a taxi driver on St John, who stayed with us throughout the day. Later in the week she dropped off a delightful homemade coffee cake. When the WiFi was not working properly, she promptly fixed the problem. Upon entering the property the view was a “Wow” factor. The house was plenty big enough for 8 adults and the beds were quite comfortable. Towels and float devices were provided. The kitchen was well stocked. We all loved the pool and the ability to snorkel off the front of the property. Just be careful, the coral is very close to the surface. One day we saw a spotted eagle stingray just off shore. The location of the house is close to town and restaurants. For the cost of the rental, there were a few things out dated that could use some love. The water pressure in a house of 8 was a drizzle. Schedule your showers if water pressure is important. Bring bug spray and Benadryl. The insect situation was the biggest issue . The sand fleas are abundant, making sitting on the porch, spending time on the beach or sitting outside difficult. Time of day or breeze did not seem to help. Perhaps nothing can be done to rectify the situation, but restricting our time outside definitely impacted our stay and renters should be aware.

Friends escape

A group of 8 friends (adults) decided a few years ago to make some time and travel together. What a wonderful decision that was! This year we chose One Beach Road. The location is wonderful, very close to Red Hook, nice little snorkeling spot right in your backyard, nice “private beach”, good proximity to basically everywhere you want or need to go. The property manager Staci was great. She met us at the house when we arrived. She quickly responded to questions if we reached out. The house itself was ok. The beds were very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, even after someone came to try and fix it while we were there. (One reason this was a problem is because 2 people in our group had to work periodically. Second is because we needed to watch UofM in the national championship game and then the Detroit Lions) The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking utensils (after you found them lol). The pool was nice. The hot tub was relaxing. The resident iguanas were fun to watch every day. All and all it was a great trip.
