Property 1156542 "Blue Waters Beach Front Villa in Paradise"

  • 30' from beach. You are not going to find a condo that offers a closer walk to the beach.
    Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has a balcony view of the beach. The second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and has a beachside balcony. The third bedroom suite has a queen sized bed plus a twin size daybed.
    The three bathrooms have been newly remodeled with beautiful quartz countertops.

    There is a pack n play available.
    The living and dining area offers a beautiful balcony furnished with a table and chairs for you to enjoy dining with a beautiful view or just to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves.
    Beautiful ocean breezes and views. The condo has a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided as well as beach towels. You will have access to an gorgeousl private pool located on the property. There is a pool and hot tub on property.
    The beach has plenty of beach lounges and chairs for your use.

    There are two restaurants on the property: The Caribbean Fish Market, a fine dining venue that is open daily for dinner and for Sunday Brunch, Sangria's Beachside Bistro that offers casual dinning for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open 6 days a week. There is also a Pool Bar located beside the pool. The Fish Market offers live entertainment For Sunday Brunch. They also have a great Happy Hour from 5 to 7.

    Cowpet is a gated, very secure community. There is a designated parking spot in front of your entrance to the condo.

    I live on the property so can be easily reached.

The view was just as the pictures portrayed. Beautiful view from the balcony. We spent all of our time at the beach, but we did walk to the pool and it looked very nice!

What a great place to stay. It was actually better than what the pictures show. Many extras (toiletries, beach toys, towels ect.) were a big bonus. We had one issue with the a/c but Judy was awesome and fixed it for us immediately. Very spacious for a large family. 100% would stay there again.

We had a fantastic time at this condo. Super close to the beach and pool. We love the area all around it is so quiet and relaxing at Cowpet Bay West yet so close the ferry to St John and Red Hook. There are some cats roaming around they are very friendly. It is nice having an option of two restaurants at the property. The included parking spot is very convenient to the condo for ease of unloading and loading up. The amenities inside are very nice they include such things as coffee (two options Keurig or drip), hair dryer, a couple of cooler sizes some pool noodles and various beach toys. Super comfortable bed. Ceiling fans in each room are very nice as well. All the towels you could need. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Property with a View

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The condo was updated, nicely appointed and very comfortable. We were also steps away from the beach and enjoyed the view from the balcony. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Excellent getaway

We enjoyed this wonderful villa so much! Beautiful location and quiet area! Perfect for a family or just a group of friends who love to share stories, a good read and a lazy day in the sand. Judi is a wonderful host.

Nice location. Condo very comfortable. Was concerned about seaweed on beach when we first got there but this property did an amazing job cleaning it up every morning.

Great Family Vacation

Amazing family vacation for all ages, including toddler, adults, and grandparents. Location was perfect. Stunning view. Beach toys were a huge bonus for our kids. Would 100% go back to this location in a heartbeat.

Great Condo and Location

We loved the condo and amenities. Condo was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and ferry to St. John. The kids loved the pool. Would definitely book again!

Superb Proprty and Location

Simply perfect. Spacious property with a bath per BR making it convenient for a large family or multiple guests. Adjacent to many great restaurants. I highly recommend.

Loved out stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! This was our first to St. Thomas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo was one of the best locations in the community! Just a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurants. Condo was sufficiently supplied with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely book again!

Celebrate Birthday

We had a wonderful time. The place is very central to everything. 30 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the ferry to go to St. John. We stay at a beach area and had pool access. Near restaurants as well. The place was clean and had all the necessary supplies. We will stay again. 😊

Beautiful beach/ocean view and quiet

The view from the porch is beautiful. Lots of palm trees and the beach is never crowded. Plenty of chairs and shade available if you want it. The beds are comfortable and it’s so quiet in the condo. We loved the location and happy with the condo. Would stay there again and they are very responsive to needs. Enjoyed it!

Amazing Family Vacation

From start to finish the communication with Judy was quick and easy. Her condo was perfect for my family of 5. There were bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The location is wonderful, just a few steps to the beach. We had the best EVER family vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful holiday vacation with our family. We were able to rent two places in Cowpet Bay West for our large group. This unit was perfect for what we needed, the beds were a little harder than I would have liked but that was the only negative in the whole place for an entire week. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. There were sand toys and snorkel equipment which was perfect to use on the beach. Extra beach towels and bath towels are provided which is a nice touch! The beach was never overly crowded. There were plenty of loungers. The upkeep on the beach was impressive. The pool was large, beautiful and the hot tub was a perfect temperature! The two restaurants which were within walking distance were delicious and had beautiful views. We spent Christmas Eve at the Carribean Fish Market and the food and service there was amazing! There’s a really nice bar inside the Carribean Fish Market and a bar next to the pool that’s fun! The location is gated so you feel safe at all times and it’s just a quick drive to Red Hook if you want to shop or dive or eat out!

Great location! 3 bedrooms 3 baths!

Great view and location. 10 steps to a clean nice beach!! Taxis were close at the next hotel if you wanted to head out. Restaurants were delicious for any meal. Supplies to cook were there too. Had a little trouble with the key pad...but the owner came right away. We did book a boat trip with the booth on the beach ...but be careful as he described it much differently than the actual itinerary. Overall clean beach, place and pool. We all had a wonderful trip!
