Sapphire Beach Studio recientemente renovado con balcón y espectacular vista al mar

Gracias por mirar nuestro recientemente construido Studio Condo en St. Kitts Building. Después de los huracanes Irma y María en septiembre de 2017, todo el edificio fue completamente destruido y reconstruido. Cada unidad fue terminada por los propietarios individuales. Ponemos mucho pensamiento y esfuerzo en esta unidad, teniendo en cuenta nuestros muchos años de gestión y servicio de conserjería en los principales resorts del Caribe.

Esta unidad está equipada con un sistema de CA ultra silencioso que lo mantendrá fresco y cómodo durante su estadía. La cocina personalizada cuenta con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El baño completamente nuevo tiene una hermosa ducha con acentos de vidrio y acero inoxidable. La cama queen size tiene un colchón de espuma de memoria premium de 14 pulgadas. Hay una nueva y lisa puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce a un acogedor balcón exterior donde puede disfrutar de un café por la mañana o cócteles a la sombra mientras contempla Sapphire Resort y las hermosas islas cercanas. Esta unidad cuenta con TV por cable y WiFi.

La unidad está completamente equipada con ropa de cama y toallas para baño y playa. Hay sillas de playa y equipo de snorkel para que disfrutes. La cocina está completa con nevera grande, una estufa de vidrio, horno de microondas, tostadora, cafetera y casi todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas ligeras si decide comer.

Justo afuera del edificio, a solo 100 pies de distancia, se encuentra una de las dos piscinas en la propiedad. Hay un restaurante y un bar a solo 3 minutos a pie de la unidad. La playa de zafiro está bajando la colina (7 minutos a pie). Red Hook con sus numerosos bares y restaurantes, supermercado y ferry a St. John está a solo 3 minutos en coche o taxi.

S t. Thomas es una isla montañosa (isla volcánica) y Sapphire Village está construida en la ladera de una colina que domina la playa de Sapphire y las aguas más allá. Si bien esto ofrece vistas increíbles, significa que caminar a casa desde la playa está cuesta arriba. Tenga esto en cuenta, ya que una corta caminata hacia la playa significa una caminata un poco más de ejercicio al final del día.

Como propietarios de varias unidades, Heidi y Robert a menudo están cerca y siempre se puede contactar por teléfono o correo electrónico. Hemos vivido en el Caribe la mayor parte de nuestras vidas y disfrutamos compartiendo nuestro conocimiento de la historia local, la cultura, los lugares para visitar y los restaurantes y pozos de agua favoritos. Perfect accommodation

The unit was very clean, newly renovated and efficient. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels!! Very smooth check in and check out process. Had great time with my family and friends but was able to have my own space to relax. Coffee in the morning on the balcony was spectacular with the view!

Sapphire Beach

Great location - Sapphire Beach is a great beach and location. The beach is beautiful with a nice reef for snorkeling. Sudi's is a good bar with decent food and drink options.The room could use a few upgrades but was comfortable. One power outage (about 3 hours) which I hear is common. I was a little startled when I found people in our room spraying for pest control but otherwise peaceful.

It was a nice room.

It was nice. worked for us. have had rooms with better view. People who text us, regarding the room, were very nice. Yes, housekeeping had the room clean for us when we got there. We've stayed at Saphire village before and do like it. The beach is beautiful!

Great place to stay for my partner and I

The condo was a great location near Saphire Beach with some good restaurants nearby. Beautiful views and a good amount of space for two. Also very easy to call taxis to/from the condo

St. Kitts Condo-

Stunning views, condo had everything we needed, including beach towels, ice chest and beach chair! Short walk to swimming pools and Sudi's Restaurant/Bar. This would be a perfect condo except the road below is the incoming gate to Sapphire Village which resulted in some noise at times. The owner was very prompt in getting back to me. Overall, I'd stay there again!

Very nice unit, well equipped in the highest building on the property. We rented a car so it is easy to go to the beach down below carrying all your beach gear ( cooler, chairs, beach bags ) if you were walking figure a 15 minute walk to the swimming beach area. We are 68 so it can be a hike going back up if you are lugging stuff back up the hill. Unit is all updated and nice view from balcony.

Our stay in Paradise

This was a great choice for a stay in St. Thomas! It was in a great location, near the beach and near the town of red hook. The hosts were very informative about St. Thomas and easy to reach when we had any questions. The condo itself was very clean, had beach chairs and towels for the beach, and any kitchen supplies we needed for cooking. Overall 10/10 stay would highly recommend this place and these hosts to anyone looking to stay in St.Thomas!

As described and very convenient

I must say I am very impressed with the property. The room was clean (minus one hair on the spread). The kitchen was very clean and had most of the things you needed to cook daily small meals and store things. The bed was a little soft (personal preference) but comfortable. COMMUNICATION: the owners were so helpful and communicated OFTEN! Gave excellent recommendations and overall assistance in getting around. I can't say enough home much we appreciated the help and assistance. Pictures/Amenities: The balcony gave such a beautiful view. Very clean and had all the things you needed for the beach. I saw that a couple of reviewers mentioned about the power going out. It is not the fault of the owner. It rained a couple of days during our stay and the power went out. It came back on a few minutes later and nothing was an issue. I even was able to communicate with the owners and was reassured it would come back on and it did. St. Thomas is beautiful but a little pricey. Be sure to understand that you must walk to get to Sapphire Beach and those hills are serious but as stated in the listing it was explained accurately. I would definitely stay here again if in St. Thomas. If they had other properties elsewhere I would stay there too. Thanks for a pleasant stay and assistance with everything.

Retreat

We were greeted with a floral arrangement on table and all the amenities of home but far away. We really enjoyed our stay. It was restful after a full day of activities. The snorkeling equipment and chairs were super nice touch! You really gave us a nice feel for the vacation spots of the island! Oh and all the tips you helped us with were spot on!

Nice vacation

Was easy to get to with a taxi service. Would recommend a car for longer stays. Everything from the listing was accurate. Sapphire Beach is really nice with a breakfast cafe and bar nearby. The view from the patio was a plus! The only downside is the pricey security deposit but worth it otherwise.

Wonderful view, very close to the beach. You chill on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. They have everything you need and more for a comfortable vacation. The bed pillows felt so good btw; better than a hotel. The upstairs neighbors were a little noisy at times but that’s out the hosts’ control. Choose this place if you can.

Rooom is nicely updated. Outside if building is showing its age. Property manager needs to clean up trash along walkway. Never did find the site beach (did not look to hard in that we had lots to do. Liked to overall location with access to Red Hook. Owner was very responsive when the bathroom circuit went out.

Excellent Vacation Getaway

My girlfriend & I rented this property for a 4 day vacation getaway & it was so worth it! Extremely clean, excellent view (as advertised), short walk to the beach & much more! With two pools nearby, Sapphire Beach, & Red Hook, there was so much to take advantage of! I would stay here again every time. The only tiny downside is the walk down & back up to the property from the beach, but it did not take away from any of the experience! 10/10 - Thank you so much

Beautiful interior

Very comfortable bed. Wonderful kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Very close to the upper pool. Nice beach chairs and great to have snorkeling equipment. Very quiet and private balcony.

Beautiful unit, view and relaxing area of St. Thomas to stay.

We had a great stay! Great view sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee, and such an easy walk to the beach! Gorgeous pools, and delicious outdoor dining (great air circulation) at Sudi’s restaurant a 3 min. walk without leaving the community. Great chef and service! Also, check out Pangea for great dining (10min walk) Robert and Heidi are very responsive, and give clear, accurate instructions. Thanks! We’ll be back!

Wonderful people to stay with

this was the perfect little launch pad as i move to this island. the owners were very accommodating with date changes due to covid/lockdowns/etc and they gave me priority in figuring it all out. it was nice and took a load of stress off. the apartment itself is close to the beach which has a fun little coffee shop, bar, etc. it's close to red hook for groceries and the ferry. the space itself had everything i needed: clean, no mold, good views, updated, great kitchenette, and it felt safe (since i'm traveling alone right now). i really enjoyed sapphire :) i would stay here again in a heartbeat!
