“We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and...

“El cuarto esta deteriorado. Nunca nos ofrecieron las bebidas gratis. El papel de baño esta limitado. El control del televisor no servía y llamamos 3 veces y nunca lo resolvieron. La estadía, que fue de $1,700.00 por 5 días no incluía limpieza del cuarto. Poco servicio y mucho de deterioro de la propiedad para este precio. ”

“El check in fue muy lento. Eran más de las 4 p.m. y cuando entramos a la habitación todavía la estaban limpiando. La estadía fue correcta pero no repetiría ni lo recomendaría especialmente.”

“There was not hot water during my stay- very disappointing . Breakfast was good. Living room area / kitchen area need a/c it is too hot- the ceiling fan was not working either.”

“I will start by stating that Ana, the host is VERY accommodating for all of our needs. They went out of their way to get decent beach chairs (which weren't there upon arrival) However, I must point out that the photos listed showing the view from the unit as well as most of the unit are horribly wrong. You CANNOT see the ocean. Your only view is of trees blocking that view shown in photos (Those photos must've been taken many years ago) The only thing you might see is some of the tennis courts...
