  • Ubicado en Scott Beach por Compass Point, a dos minutos a pie de la playa. 2 dormitorios 2 baños, dormir 8. Aire acondicionado, Cocina eléctrica, Microondas, Encimeras de granito, Refrigerador, Lavadora / Secadora, Lavavajillas, Dish Network TV 'Wifi. Tiene un gran generador de respaldo (la casa está totalmente alimentada 24/7). Estacionamiento fuera de la calle, totalmente amueblado. Campana vecina muy tranquila, segura y amigable.

    Acceso de invitado .....
    Tendrá acceso a toda la unidad. Puede lavar su ropa, ver su programa de televisión favorito o deportes en un televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 60 ". Puedes cocinar tus propias comidas, comer fuera o sentarte después de un largo día de playa y asar a la parrilla.

    La propiedad está ubicada en una calle privada lejos de la carretera principal, por lo que no hay ruido de tráfico, en cada vecindario seguro y amigable, hay 4 casas en mi calle y yo tenía dos de ellas, vivo en el otro lado de la calle, así que Siempre estoy disponible si mi invitado me necesita. Está cerca del agua a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa.

    Moverse
    Puedes coger un taxi a cualquier lugar que necesites para ir a la isla, pero será muy caro, te recomiendo alquilar un coche para que puedas ir a donde quieras y cuando quieras. Tenemos un negocio familiar de alquiler de autos y ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes hasta un 15% de descuento en autos de alquiler. Los huéspedes también pueden llevar nuestros autos a St John en la barcaza de Red Hook para visitar y explorar las playas y parques en St John.

    Otras cosas a tener en cuenta .........
    También tenemos un generador automático de 125KW que es necesario en las Islas Vírgenes. Si alquila un lugar sin un generador y se va la luz, no tendrá agua corriente, wifi, baños, ventiladores, televisión, duchas, etc.

This is a beautiful villa with pretty much everything you need for your stay, including for the beach! The location is great, close to stores, beaches and the ferry to St. John. The beach within walking distance was rocky but fun to explore. The place was clean and roomy, the AC was great, and the balcony has a great view. We had a wonderful visit!

Couldn't be more happy with our stay! So much room. Great view from the balcony. Not difficult to get to. So clean! Fresh linens. Had everything we needed! A cooler to pack and use, great snorkeling gear, dishes, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, towels. Generator if there are any power outages! AC worked great! Dexter had a rental jeep for us as well! It was pink!! Pricing was amazing! Made this trip for pur family of 5 doable. Great area! Would definitely stay here again or suggest to family & friends of mine. Not a single thing to complain about this property. Even have roosters and chickens on property which I loved.

AMAZING! We had the best time with our 4 kids exploring the island and enjoying the beautiful place. Dexter was so helpful, and the kids loved the pool! We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this place, as it is so close to everything and the place itself was so clean and had great views. Thank you Dexter!

Great place to stay

Our time here was great. Clean place, stuff to use for the beach, prompt help and responses from owner, very close to stores, beaches, and ferry to St John. If we go back to St Thomas, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Loved the property, just like the pictures on the listing. Everything we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom towels & beach gear. We had such a lovely stay & would definitely return again!

Great Host. Great location. Very clean. Also, we had a big storm because of a Hurricane about 150 miles away. We lost power but generators kicked in immediately.

Comfortable, clean, great location!

This villa was very clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds, lots of clean linens, and everything you need for a fun stay on St. Thomas. It is a great location that is quiet and out of the way but very convenient to Red Hook and just a short drive to Magen’s Bay, Sapphire Beach, and the ferry to St. John. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Property

My family of 4 stayed here for a short getaway. The property was very clean and more than met all our needs. It is a short 5 min walk to a small beach down the road or a short drive to several beaches nearby. With beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear provided it made for a wonderful trip.

Great place! Lovely unit and amenities. Would definitely return again. Just slightly difficult to find but the manager will give you the gps coordinates which work perfectly.

Clean and cozy, and the WiFi and A/C are there when you need it. Dexter set us up with SUV rental as well. Seamless and easy the whole 7 day stay.

Wonderful place!

Perfect location, very comfortable and beautiful views from the huge wraparound veranda. Great to have nice snorkel gear and beach chairs and cooler to use. Very convenient to use Dexter's company for Jeep rental too! Will have to return soon!

Great Place

Great place to stay. Dexter even gives you his cell number in case there are problem you have. We had none. This is right down the road from Red Hook on a quiet street.

Anniversary celebration

The property was very comfortable and located well for how we spent our vacation (at the beaches). We had spent our honeymoon on Saint Thomas 44 years ago and it was fun to revisit the island and enjoy the climate and the beaches. We spent the time with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter and we all felt we had adequate space. We would all highly recommend the property.
