No Hot Water

There was not hot water during my stay- very disappointing . Breakfast was good. Living room area / kitchen area need a/c it is too hot- the ceiling fan was not working either.

The property itself was very nice and had a nice breakfast. It is not walkable however like reviews say. That is misleading. There is a hill to walk up to get to the property and then a very steep driveway to the actual rooms. We were told by a couple taxi's they can't drive up it. We had to lug our luggage up this because reviews said it's "walkable".

Great place to stay. Conveniently located near the beach and red hook. There is always a taxi available quickly to take you anywhere if you don’t want to make the walk.

As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time on the island of St John NP due tot he close proximity to the Red Hook Ferry. We did not rent a car so most of our travel was by foot, taxi from the airport and we did experience the local Safari bus, even taking it to the airport for our return flight. If you want a glamorous resort with all the amenities; look elsewhere. If you want a small hotel with a laid back atmosphere, then this is your place.

I lovedddd my stay here!! We had the Hermosa room & it had a beautiful balcony and ocean view! The staff were super helpful with arranging rides. (if you need a private limousine driver use “Pheilx Guerlin” on FaceBook, he was great with us!!) Also, the ladies were very sweet during breakfast in the morning!! Lastly, Secret Harbour beach is amazinggg and is about a 10 minute walk from there along with red hook! The only issue is if you are a light sleeper like me you do hear the cars and roosters lol so, just turn the tv on! But other than that BOOK!! 10000/10:)

This is a dated BnB; however, they are very accommodating and are within walking distance into Redhook. The breakfast we great. The views are not wonderful. I would recommend if you plan on being gone a lot and just need a place to lay your head.

The room was lovely and in great condition. It was just a little bit noisy near a road with trucks and roosters. There was a nice breakfast and the people were very nice. We enjoyed walking to the secret Harbor beach though the dirt road there was strewn with garbage.

Our stay at Two Sandals – A Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness truly set this place apart. Every question we had was answered with a smile, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful — peaceful, clean, and felt like a true home away from home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. What really touched me was how the staff helped with a last-minute decoration request — they made it happen so effortlessly and made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a boutique stay with outstanding service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was very large (Newport Room) and clean. The sofa could be replaced, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet around there. We had a view of RedHook Marina. A full, delicious breakfast was served to us on the deck each morning. The ladies were super sweet. Water pressure was low. Overall a great stay.

This entire establishment is absolutely out of this world. It added a super positive wrinkle to our Saint Thomas experience with hospitality and genuine professionalism. Janet is the backbone of this company and helps you out with everything from breakfast to rooms to accommodations and the owner. Sam Ray could not have been a better guy making sure we had absolutely everything we needed throughout our entire stay I would highly recommend that this establishment my daughter and I loved it

The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were also extremely grateful that you were able to accommodate us at the last minute. The shower in the Malibu room could be better.

The host was nice to start. The room was spacious but the bed was horrible! It squeaked at every move and felt like we were sleeping on broken wood under the mattress. Literally. The staff were amazing. I think the lady’s name was Janice. She was wonderful and even went to the store and got us a lock for our suitcase. She made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is NOT walking distance from the beach. Do NOT believe the other reviews regarding it. The walk was more than 30 minutes to Secret Harbor and took us through a back yard trail which felt unsafe. I booked thinking it was close and didn’t mind not having a pool because of that. Instead we taxied everywhere to truly see beauty. When we checked out, we found out at the airport that the airspace was closed and all flights were cancelled. While the owner called to see if we needed to return, he switched up quickly. We told him yes but also said we needed a different room since the bed was so bad. He said he usually charged $365 per night but since this was a smaller room he would let us back for $250 per night for a better bed. We jumped in a taxi from the airport and while headed back he called and said the room was already rented on Expedia. Then he called back again and said he would let us come back but only for $300 per night. We declined and searched for another hotel, feeling like he lied about the room being rented and only changed because he wanted to increase the rate in the midst of a crisis.
