“Fantastic host. Went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Beautiful historic home that felt very welcoming and cozy even though it is so big!”

“Lots of parking. Huge backyard; kids will love it.This host thought of EVERYTHING!!!!”

“Very clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend.”

“The property was beautiful and clean. We were there for my Grandson graduation from Western New England University the house didn’t disappoint. the back porch/patio was great we were going to go out to dinner after graduation but instead we barbecue and spent quality time with Family before sending Grandson to Washington DC. The next day we were headed back to California. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.”

“Washing machine broken, vertical blinds in front bedroom had broken slat, tv volume inoperable, garbage disposal not working, kitchen sink clogged, 2 burners on range & oven not working, back bedroom bed frame very sho. Neighborhood was nice and mattresses on beds were decent so we made it work for the 3 nights we stayed - but would not recommend”

“Beautiful lake house. The dock with the kayaks and paddle boat made it so much fun for the kids. The dock isnt far from the house but there a decent hill down to it. Totally manageable for most people though. The open house concept kitchen area made it great for everyone to be together.”

“We had a wonderful stay here over the July 4th weekend and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, and being just four miles from our daughter’s house made the location absolutely perfect for our family visit. The home itself is beautifully maintained and has been tastefully renovated. We especially loved the updated kitchen and bathroom, and the refinished hardwood floors add so much character and charm. Most impressive of all, the house was...

“Clean and worked well for what we needed. Comfortable beds”

“House was super clean, coffee was a nice surprise. Comfy beds, quiet street. Super close to the Big E. Thanks Rose!”

“Very clean, the host was very responsive in a timely manner. The location was a nice suburban neighborhood, huge yard, on the end of a cul-de-sac. The kids loved the pool table & downstairs apartment. There are lots of stairs so maybe not the best for an older person, but they did have a ramp entry into the house. The house was very nicely decorated and comfortable furnishings.”

“Property exceeded expectations, we had a wonderful time.”

“The stove was broken, which we were made aware of and there was an offer to cancel for us. We chose to still go because we needed a place to stay. The stove was in the middle of the kitchen when we arrived. I did decide to cancel the second night in the owner, said they would refund us, but they only refund part of the second night.”

“Our stay was fantastic. Check in was super smooth and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“I loved the property. A unique place decorated with artwork. Worth staying at if you would like to be about 45 minutes from Hartford or Province.”

“This property has some good functional points: the beds were clean and comfortable, the fridge was clean, and the kitchen and cleaning supplies are the most abundant I’ve seen in most rentals. Unfortunately, the home itself feels old, dingy, and dirty. The renovations appear to be cheap, amateur DIY projects. For a house with 6 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms, there is no place upstairs to hang towels after a shower except for one small hand towel rack. Adding hooks to the bedrooms or bathrooms...

“This is a beautiful home on a stunning property, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I only wish we had planned a longer stay, you won’t want to leave!”
