“A lovely warm cottage, in a great location. A little surprising we couldn’t find an information file, regarding emergency numbers, places of interest and instructions for appliances. Also no welcome pack, not even any milk in the fridge and only one toilet roll for a five day stay!! I least I always go prepared.We couldn’t report any comments as no guests book?”

“This was ideal as a base to spend time exploring Lincolnshire with our dog. It's a lovely property and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner, Wendy. It's very comfortable and includes a nice conservatory and back garden that backs onto the horses' paddock. There were the usual appliances and also a lot of other equipment available for use - even a picnic hamper. “The cottage has a open plan, it had a large stunning wood burning stove ,with wood mantelpiece and bricks, Kitchen with a island table with plenty cupboards space , with pots and pans , Dishes glasses, oven, microwave, hob coffee maker ,toaster and a kettle, Kings size bed ,two bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom, dining area They have thought of everything, from cleaning materials to towels hoover and floor mop , place is impeccable very clean , welcome basket with wine and biscuits.
