Great location for visiting Stamford, right on the water, a short walk from the beach, a short drive from the ShopRite. Liked the pool table. Excellent kitchen. Backyard seemed very nice but didn't use it due to weather. Easily parks 5 cars, and off-season (Oct-Apr) there is parking at the beach nearby.

Cozy Lakeview House

This place definitely met our need to be close to NY (drivable) for a graduation. Family and friends were able to gather and celebrate. Home was exactly as pictured online and yard did not disappoint. Although the weather was rainy and chilly, we made our way for morning walks to the beach 3-minutes away. Sun came out just in time for a cookout, although clouds rolled in at the end of the day. Not necessary to pay uber fares into NY (ranging from 50- 170) depending on the time of day. The express train from Stamford only cost 11 (one-way). Host was prompt to assist and very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend a stay here for fun beach experience with family and outdoor fun. Town is close y for shopping, movies, etc. The sunrise was awesome! Thank you Elana for everything! G

Holiday get away

This was a late holiday gathering of family members from St. Louis and Rye New York. Great and easy spot to get to. Pretty setting with the water view. I am sure in warmer seasons it be great spot for all the outside amenities. Six adults and one baby. Space nice set up.

Thanksgiving family reunion

We enjoyed the property very much. The view of the water was beautiful! The foos ball sets and pool tables were great additions and kept the kids (and adults😉) happily occupied. The third floor also provided a great place for the kids to “hang out”. Having a TV in each bedroom and the living room was nice. We needed a few things like additional hangers and dish towels and Elena was great about providing new ones very promptly! The kitchen accommodated our cooking needs well. Beds were comfortable and master shower was excellent. We would happily return.

Great house!

The house is beautifully furnished and overlooks the water, the backyard has a ton of fun games. The cots were comfortable as well. Great house, would definitely recommend!

Great for a large family

Nice place for large family to stay for wedding in the area. Nice yard with seating and games though we didn't get to enjoy it as busy with wedding plans.

Misleading photos! Not accurate

Let me start with my family and I have rented numerous times for the last 15 yrs and never left a negative review . They never sent code to get in house, had to contact owner at 415 to get the code. Got in and temperature all around house was 59 degrees, it took 2 hours for house to warm up. The location, the photos are not true! House is not near the ocean or sound at all. It's on a cove with geese and ducks and your unable to go down to water (bummer for the kids ) and on a 2 lane road which is very busy. This is not in the listing or in photos as well the photos don't show all the houses that are around the backyard looking down into the property. No privacy at all. There was no garbage bags , first floor bathroom shower no hot water, Dishwasher wouldn't work until my child found a sticker in corner under cabinets by refrigerator that said dish washer on, that was last night , no adult could even see it and front door wouldn't lock from outside so when we would leave had to go out back door. Simple fix would be a guidebook for the house stating how certain things work and accurate photos and description. I made homeowner aware of this before I left this review and she did not seem concerned at all !! Look elsewhere

Perfect Stay

Everything was as advertised. The house was beautiful and spotless. The close proximity to everything we needed(train station, grocery, restaurants) made it stress-free and perfect. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Best rental you’ll ever book!

If the view doesnt take your breath away, the location and house amenities certainly will! We had international guests come into town for a funeral and this house not only brought the family closer together, but helped put a smile on our hearts when we really needed it. This house is staged incredibly well, chic and modern. Great flow. Amazing water view and its also 3mins from the beach and park! We held pool and foosball tournaments and Karaoke nights under the flashing lights of the big screen and had an amazing night sharing memories of my dad around the fire pit in the backyard. If you want an unforgettable experience, book this house. Special shout out to the host Andrey for being the best ever in every way possible. Just be mindful that couches aren't pull out and the shower settings in the master are opposite (cold water is hot and vice versa). Id book this house over and over for every season if I could! You wont regret it so enjoy!

Loved the peaceful water view.

This home was absolute gem. We spent an amazing weekend with family at this house and cannot be more happy that we chose this place. Everything was sparkling clean, plenty of space for kids to play. We enjoyed short walks to cove park.
