“I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). “The room was very clean and functional, but... Once you've already been there and you've learnt how everything works with the hotel personal (reachable only by vocal phone calls in the evening of arrival and beginning to clean-up rooms at about 9:30 in the morning) and the automatic check-in (it was dark when I arrived and it wasn't easy at all to get the magnetic card to access the room. Luckily another hotel guest passing by helped me), then this can be a convenient solution for your stay...
