Awesome little getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was seamless and easy. The host was easy to reach and in touch throughout the stay. The property was beautiful and we had a relaxing stay.

Cozy Cabin Getaway

Highly enjoyed our relaxing stay and would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the daily stress of life. Cabin is very clean and host gives almost every amenity you may need during your stay. Look forward to visiting again in the future!

Amazing Property!

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay at the cabin! They provided so many fun outdoor activities with direct access to the lake. The yard has so much space to either play or relax! Also great for dogs (although no fence)! Would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more and the host was very communicative. We really enjoyed the sun room with the beautiful lake views and cozy fireplace. We would certainly stay again if we return to the area!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view! Porch is inviting and relaxing, along with the hot tub. Zip line was a hit with the kids!! Along with the swing.

Everything we wanted in 1 location. Hot tub, lake, fire pit, amazing screened in porch perfect for napping. Beds were comfy, kitchen had Everything we needed and more

Amazing place, Great location

Amazing place. Went here for my birthday with family and friends. Great location to Massanutten resort to ski/snowboard, and also to Charlottesville for UVA sports, or just visiting Charlottesville in general. Great host. Highly recommend!

Mtn Lake Getaway

We were looking for a mountain/lake getaway to unplug, unwind, and cool off during the summer. This place was just perfect for our family of 4 including our dogs. The place had everything you needed. The lake was perfect. We definitely recommend and hope to be back next summer.

Lovely Spring Break Family Getaway

We had a great time during our stay! The house and grounds are lovely! Enjoyed the lake, hot tub, zip line and outdoor area. Quick drive to Shenandoah for some hiking. Enjoyed the rainy day in the sunroom reading and playing games!

Perfect getaway

This house is so cute and the view of the lake is amazing. The property has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors. My only complaint is there is not a washer and dryer and the towels were a little musty and very small. If I came back I would just bring my own towels . The host was great and attentive and great location to be able to enjoy Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns.

Fall Shenandoah NP Base Camp

Relaxing oasis. Great location from Skyline Dr., (15 minutes). Spent most of our time outdoors on the covered, screened in porch. Enjoyed the lake on paddle boards and the paddle boat. Ended our evenings with s’mores around the fire pit with firewood provided. Already planning our next trip. James was a great host.

Perfection!

Hands down one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever visited. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. The neighbors were also extremely friendly. The hosts so generously allow guests to use anything you could possibly ask for to enjoy the lake. I could go on for days with all the pros of this place!!! It was a true gem! Don’t waste your time looking around BOOK IT!

We love outdoors.. it was the most perfect environment.. especially the huge screened in porch. My husband and I slept on the futon and experienced the downpours and thunder echoing through the mountains.. best experience ever. Kayaks and canoes at hand, we needed nothing. Lake retreat

More than we expected for sure fantastic stay with just a few suggestions. BBQ pit was unusable as it was so dirty, shower faucet and water pull needs repair (thought it might break), adding some steps for us short people to set down the pier. The ones on the pier are in the water and large log impededing access. Curtainsin the master for sleeping in would be great as well. Hot tub was awesome and that covered porch was so perfect. You have straight access to the lake and all the water toys and that was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

Another Incredible Stay...

Our second time staying at the Divine Lake House and it was even better than the first! Definitely making it our home away from home! Everything you need for a great family or Mom’s getaway vacation...Since I’ve done both! You’ll enjoy it too! We’ll be back...Again!

A Little Piece Of Heaven

After a very tough year we needed a quiet place to unwind for a bit. I loved this property. It was spacious, quiet and a beautiful view. It had all of the things we needed and more. The owner was very helpful and responded to any needs or questions. The only bummer was we weren't able to go to the private beach area because a previous renter had taken the pass. Note that the road going in to the property is very curvy and a bit rough but no issues getting to it. I loved the rustic, country lake decor. We look forward to going again!

Secluded get-away in a convenient location...

The view from the back deck and location on the lake felt as if we were visiting a private mountain retreat. The property was lovely and perfect for outdoor activities. Our travel plans included visiting UVA, Monticello and the Shenandoah National Forrest. The cabin was not only conveniently located but adorably decorated and well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen and outdoor equipment. The only thing I would note is that it only has one bathroom - the description had said two.

Great scenic cabin getaway!

Cabin was a great location on a small lake. Kids had a good time with the paddle boards in the cove area. We spent most of our afternoons hanging out on the screened in porch which was a relaxing way to enjoy our vacation time. Convenient location allowed for spending the mornings sight seeing the many attractions including Luray Caverns, Monticello and hiking in Shenandoah National Park.
