    You will be conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the famous Beamish Museum. Enjoy a stay in this modern, recently renovated house featuring three bedrooms and free on-street parking. The house boasts a large 50" smart TV, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary toiletries, towels, and fresh bed linen.

    This modern 3-bedroom cottage in Beamish, Stanley, features a spacious layout designed for comfort and convenience. The home includes one main double bedroom, providing ample space for a couple and one double twin room, along with a cozy single bedroom perfect for a child or guest. The large living area is designed for relaxation, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The dining area, adjacent to the living room comes close to a well-equipped kitchen, offers a perfect space for family meals or entertaining guests.

    John Street in Beamish, part of Stanley, is set in a picturesque and historical neighborhood known for its proximity to the famous Beamish Museum. Residents enjoy a close-knit community with friendly neighbors and a peaceful environment.



    The neighborhood is surrounded by scenic countryside, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration. Nearby, Gibside Park offers beautiful gardens, woodland walks, and historical landmarks. The Beamish Museum, a living museum that tells the story of life in the North East of England during the 1820s, 1900s, and 1940s, is a major attraction that draws visitors from all over.



    Getting Around:

    Here are directions to John Street in Beamish from the main roads:



    1. **From the A1(M):**

    - Exit the A1(M) at Junction 63, signposted for Chester-le-Street.

    - Take the A693 towards Stanley.

    - Continue on the A693 for several miles, passing through Pelton and following signs for Beamish.

    - Turn left onto Red Row (just before entering Stanley).

    - Follow Red Row as it becomes Station Road.

    - Continue straight, and you will reach John Street.



    2. **From the A19:**

    - Exit the A19 onto the A183 towards Chester-le-Street.

    - Continue on the A183 through Chester-le-Street.

    - Turn left onto the A693 towards Stanley and Beamish.

    - Follow the A693 for several miles, passing through Pelton.

    - Turn left onto Red Row (just before entering Stanley).

    - Follow Red Row as it becomes Station Road.

    - Continue straight, and you will reach John Street.



    3. **From Newcastle upon Tyne:**

    - Take the A184 westbound towards Gateshead.

    - Merge onto the A1(M) southbound.

    - Exit the A1(M) at Junction 63, signposted for Chester-le-Street.

    - Take the A693 towards Stanley.

    - Continue on the A693 for several miles, passing through Pelton and following signs for Beamish.

    - Turn left onto Red Row (just before entering Stanley).

    - Follow Red Row as it becomes Station Road.

    - Continue straight, and you will reach John Street.



    These directions should help you navigate to John Street in Beamish from major routes in the area.



    Other Things to Note:

    - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



    - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



    - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



    At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.

    Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
