The fact it has its own car park was also a plus although you could easily travel there by public transport due its close proximity to the bus and rail stations. “The actual hotel was clean and staff were great. However the restaurant experience was very bad. We were told half the meals on the menu were not available, plus the draught beer was also not available. I ordered fish and chips, which when arrived the fish was hard as a rock and definitely not fresh. They got me another one but that too wasn’t very good either. “Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the free parking permit was a really useful bonus. The hotel overall felt well looked after and in a great condition.
