You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Very Nice Stay

Overall impression was very good. It is a small quaint cabin for two. Relaxing atmosphere. Just a couple comments for those that have issues with stairs. The bedroom was in the loft (King Size Bed). Stairs are quite steep so elderly people that may have issues with stairs will need to consider. We don't have issues with it, but some may. The shower needs to be fixed. It was just a steady stream of water...like a water hose and not easy to take a shower in. Not sure how this wasn't fixed before our stay. But overall we enjoyed it. Hot tub was nice, abit dated and the cover is really torn up and somewhat difficult to move.

Could've been better

The cabin was not cleaned well. Cob webs , dust on ceiling fan , ceiling fan was noisy and the room it was intenede for was warm and couldnt use the fan. Ants. Hot tub wasnt really functional. We left the cabin cleaner than we found it.

We liked it overall. No directions for fireplace. It may have been broken. Microwave handle was broken. Steps to loft were a bit steep for us older folks. Tough road to get up to cabin. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Nice but could have been better

It was a bit dusty, we found items from previous stays such as a soda cup, bottle of water, full trash bag in the bedroom, a thc gummies wrapper, and spider webs. We didn’t find the Roku control until the last day when we were cleaning up after ourselves and We found it in the couch cushion. It needs a new bed too, it was very uncomfortable. We definitely not going back.

Unsatisfactory getaway

Our overall impression with the Cabin was not very good.As soon as we got there, there was a mouse trying to get out of a glue trap.The cabin was dirty, the Teflon on the pots and pans were mostly chipped off and there were mouse droppings in the cabinets and on the pots and pans. There were cobwebs on the walls. There was only one of the Jets in the hot tub working and none of the lights, it would’ve also been nice if it was covered so you could be outside when it was raining. We emailed management over a week ago and we haven’t had a response yet. We told them everything and sent some pictures. We think that they should’ve responded by now. Never again!

They think of everything!!

They helped us out ASAP before we drove out due to inclimate weather conditions. Offered us multiple other safe locations or cancellation/rescheduling and communicated consistently.Our cabin was clean as a whistle with every little thing we may have forgotten accomodated. It's super cute,comfortable and perfect for a getaway in the trees!!

The property most definitely needs 4 wheel drive to get in and out of...the hot tub was very dirty and had so much chlorine that it bleached the shirt i wore...the bed was not very comfortable...the overall cabin was cute. The stairs super steep and small...we had to cut our stay short bc of sickness...the wifi was spotty..if you wanna just get away take a ook and some food. Great but otherwise nothing like inimagined

Liked the property and the inside was neat and tidy. Only gripe about the inside is that the stairs are steep and slippery even with grippy strips on them. Not a lot going on outside, but it was fine as we didn't desire doing much on the outside of the property. Only actual gripe on the outside was the driveway. This property is literally the very last one on the road, and there was no way to turn around or pull out straight. Had to back halfway down the main road to get turned around. Other properties on the road were much more accessible. They mean it when they say to drive a 4WD.

Exactly as Described!

Very clean and well stocked. Centrally located to everything you need like restaurants, attractions, and hiking. Heed the 4-wheel drive warning in the winter! We loved that it was the last house on the street so no car traffic driving past. Exactly like the pictures and well stocked toiletries. No dishwasher so dish tabs are not needed. Loved having a washer and dryer. The stairs are really steep so if you have issues getting up and down stairs I would pass. Only reason for 4 stars is the couch. It is not conducive to a "romantic getaway" or lounging. It is pretty much two recliners attached. Only thing I would change in the cabin, but we were gone a lot of the time so it didn't matter much. Check-in/out was a breeze and really easy. Communication was very detailed. Would stay again and recommend!
