“Lovely quiet area, 25 minute walk into Bath, all down hill, however the walk back was quite a pull. Taxi fare is £7
The accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, and the little touches like the breakfast, milk, ice cubes & coffee machine were appreciated.
Would highly recommend. ”

“My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending the property and would happily stay here anytime we are in the area.”

“It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“The property was just perfect for us! It had everything we needed, was beautifully maintained and had such a lovely, welcoming feel. I particularly appreciated all the helpful information provided, from instructions on how to use things around the property to recommendations for places to visit in the area. It was all so thoughtfully put together and made our stay that much easier.
If I had to mention one small thing, the ensuite shower is very tiny, but with another bathroom downstairs, it...

“Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. Close to the Royal Crescent with a lovely pub in the Marlborough Tavern close by. And just a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Bath. The host was always available, and immediately helpful when we couldn’t get to grips with the thermostats. Parking is on the road but very quiet and safe, and booked in by the host. Recommend to stay.”
