There was a problem when we arrived because the person in charge didn’t open the door for us, and later we asked for help to call a taxi for the next day since it was very difficult for us as we don’t speak the local language. He said he would help, but in the end, he didn’t do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is far from the tourist area, and the service is terrible.”
