Suzy Two is part of the Sanders Cottage Collection — 10 cottages on the same 19 acres where our family ran Sanders Cattle Company for over 40 years.

The Sanders Cottage Collection is a micro-resort on 19 acres of family-owned land just outside of Starkville. Ten cottages, one home place, same family that's worked this land for over 40 years. Close enough to town, far enough from the lights for you to truly enjoy the starlit sky on clear nights.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. MSU, the Cotton District, and downtown Starkville are all about 7 minutes away. A Barn Venue is just up the street. Everything else worth seeing is a short drive from the home place.



Other Things to Note:

The property sits on 19 acres outside the city limits. Please review house rules prior to booking. Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are present. No oven or cooktop in this unit. This cottage is not pet-friendly — if you're traveling with a pet, please inquire and we'll place you in one of our pet-friendly cottages.
