    Please note that the hot tub is currently unavailable due to a structural repair project and is expected to remain out of service until July 1, 2026.

    - During the ski season, Heavenly Ski Resort provides a free seasonal shuttle (bus #22) during resort operating hours connecting Stagecoach Lodge to Heavenly Village, allowing reliable access to all South Lake Tahoe and Stateline Casinos have to offer.
    - Check with Stagecoach Lodge staff for bus schedule (every 15 or 30 minutes during peak season).

    - Featuring stainless steel finishes, it includes a spacious fridge, dishwasher, and oven.

    - Provides the added convenience of having a place to store your shoes, so you do not need to walk up and down the stairs in your ski/snowboard boots.
    - Rentals and gear are available at the stagecoach lodge, a few steps from the property.

    - Relax and unwind on our scenic 4th floor balcony overlooking the slopes

    NOTE: Your cleaning fee includes professional pre-arrival hot tub service, so you will always arrive to a freshly cleaned hot tub, ensuring a delightful and relaxing experience during your stay.

    Caution: Winter Season Stair Conditions Advisory

    Please be aware that this property is equipped with stairs, which may pose a challenge during the winter season or in adverse weather conditions. We strongly recommend exercising caution and taking appropriate safety measures when navigating these stairs during inclement weather. It is the responsibility of the occupants and visitors to use handrails if available, wear suitable footwear, and be mindful of slippery surfaces to ensure their safety while using the stairs. The property owner or management cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result of using the stairs under such conditions. Your safety is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Wonderful pet friendly ski in/out condo with a hot tub!! The hot tub was clean and well maintained as was the entire condo. The location is amazing, above the busyness of stateline but still close enough to the casinos and party vibe. The Ridge has its own ski shop, liquor store, and restaurant, Fox & Hound - the BBQ is amazing. I highly recommend this rental. The hosts were super responsive and helpful as well!!

This is a beautiful property and the access to the slopes is unmatched. I will say, make sure you are ok with shoveling snow as when I arrived my spot had snow from all the other parking spots shoveled into it and I had to clear it in order to park. Not ideal, and I do think they could do better with snow removal to make getting up and down stairs and parking safer. The thermostat was also not easy to use and the directions were just a hand pointing at it. Otherwise, this is a fantastic spot and I would absolutely stay again. The snow removal is not negative, just an area of improvement.
