“Everything from start to finish was great”

“Fabulous, spacious layout. Good quality kitchen facility, dish ware, utensils. Higher end toiletries provided. Comfy bed and linens. Very clean. Some noise from area businesses and other occupants well into the evening, but we put the provided noise machine to good use and all was well. We loved this stay, it felt quite posh, and was extremely comfortable. ”

“We arrived at the hotel only to be approached while unpacking the car by a man asking for money. We noticed he went into the hotel. The person checking us in said he was another guest and they were aware of the issue. We asked for a full refund and found another hotel. The management should have escorted this guest off the property. Safety didn't seem to be a concern for them. Don't stay here.”

“Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! ”
