There are two counter seats of the kitchen counter and six seats at the dining table. Both great places for a beverage, bites or work. Combined with high speed Xfinity broadband WiFi, this makes the Waterford Townhouse #3 perfect for your remote working needs.





Kick back and relax on the sofa, chair or love seat and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen tv or warm up in front of the enticing gas fireplace.





Access the deck on the main level and enjoy Colorado outdoor living in a picturesque setting with views of Emerald Mountain as the backdrop.





There is also a powder room, as well as a full-size washer and dryer on this level.





Upstairs is where three en suite bedrooms are located. Each include tons of storage and their own private, remodeled full bathrooms.





The king en suite features a flat screen TV and a tub/shower combo.





The queen en suite offers a flat screen TV, walk in shower and double sink vanity.





The bunk en suite includes the full sized bunk bed and has a walk in shower.





Downstairs is where you'll find the game room, that doubles as the fourth en suite. Foosball, video games, darts and a flat screen provide entertainment. The sofa pulls out and sleeps two.
