  • Located on the fifth floor with fantastic ski area views, treat yourself to this beautiful ski-in/out home with high-end finishes. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils, cookware, and dinnerware needed for an extended stay away from home. The dining room table and the breakfast bar both have seating. The living area is ideal for settling down for the evening, catching a game on the large TV, or relaxing in front of the fireplace with your favorite book. There isn't a better spot to take in the holiday, watch the wintertime Friday Fireworks, or just watch the skiers and mountain bikers make their way down the mountain from the large bay windows or private balcony.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is one of Steamboat's premier locations in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area. You'll be nestled next to the Gondola, Christie Peak Express, and the Steamboat Ski School. The Torian Plum has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, and BBQ grills, so there will be no lack of year-round fun. Some of Steamboat's best restaurants and places to grab apres-ski drinks are on-site. Guests can also shop to their heart's delight at Silver Lining, Creekside Teaze, and Terry Sports. Venture out a bit further, and you can bring the whole group to natural hot springs or play a round of golf at one of the many local courses!

    The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Shuttle service is great.

We really appreciated the VACASA shuttle service. The location was excellent for skiing and the ski lockers were perfectly located. The staff were super helpful, especially guest services.

Did not live up to expectations

This condo when you walk in is not like the photos. The potent smell hits you as you walk in the door. To start the couch is very old the cushions fall to the ground as you try to sit on them. The windows were all covered in painters tape. When we went to get in the shower the masters bedroom bathtub has mold in the jets and smells of it. The morning construction starts at 6am promptly and there is no way to sleep through it. I think we had high hopes for this place but it was not what we expected. I’m thinking the mold is what is making the home spell so poorly.

Amazing location and view

We had a fantastic time here. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had a blast riding the chairlifts and hiking from the building. The pool and hot tubs are perfect for kids and teenagers.

Torian is Top Shelf Diggs

This is the third time I have stayed at the torian plum. In the past it has been on the 7th floor in 712 I believe. 511 was also excellent. We love the mountainside location, proximity to the hot tubs and pools, t-bar, Paramount, etc. Can't say enough about Steamboat. Will definitely be back to stay with you guys. Keep up the strong work!

We stayed here over President’s Day weekend with our two teen boys and another family of three. Loved the location and got a kick out of watching the little kids in ski school right out our window. Used the workout facilities and hot tubs, which were both fine. Parking underground was nice, and could walk many places. Enjoyed cafe diva nearby. Only small issue was keycards to building were fussy. Door to condo has code lock so that worked great. Would stay again and recommend for parties of 7-8.

Great property with awesome view of ski runs especially the lighted night ski slope and centered in the middle of everything with easy access to any destination via free shuttle and bus service. We have traveled to many properties around Tahoe, Utah and Colorado and this is one of our favorites. Our family will be back!

The location is great. My only complaint is that this unit is marketed as a 3 bedroom unit. Technically this is correct. We brought 3 couples (my wife, my two adult sons and their wives), and we discovered the third bedroom is like a bunk room with two double beds and a bunk bed. The fact that the windows for this 3rd bedroom open to the unit as opposed to the outside added to the The undesirable nature of this 3rd bedroom. Other than that, there are no complaints. Steamboat received 21 days during our stay, and it is indeed ski town USA!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Close to skiing with easy ski in and ski out options.

The overall experience was wonderful. It was large enough for our party of 8 and the floor plan was well laid out, allowing 2 people space to move about the kitchen area without getting in the way of the other. The on demand shuttle service was very efficient and removed all anxieties about driving and parking in downtown Steamboat.
