Amazing views

This is our second time staying at this property and once again it fit our needs perfectly. The location was quiet but close to town, the views were breathtaking, and the home was comfortable. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Bluebird Sanctuary

Our family spent Christmas weekend at Bluebird Sanctuary and enjoyed every minute of the stay. Great views, clean home, close to the slopes, and even pet friendly. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

Loved our stay in Steamboat! The property fit our family’s needs perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and the views were incredible. Looking forward to hopefully returning soon!

Bluebird for the win

We had a wonderful stay at the bluebird. We cooked meals everyday, loved the windows open and Mountain Views and our dogs loved walking the neighborhood streets. It’s a comfortable place and super close to town. Would stay again and thanks! The martins

Quiet neighborhood

Nice quiet location above downtown. The quiet neighborhood doesn’t have that rental feel. Well equipped and spacious. Running trails nearby as is fish creek falls. Really enjoyed our stay here.

59 th Birthday Celebration

The house was warm like a home, inviting and beautiful! The caregivers of the home cared about issues and took care of them right away with kindness. It was amazing to have multiple towels, pillows, full cookware , pantry full of spices, coffee, baking items and a view like no other ! We had a wonderful time 😊

Great place

We had a great stay in Steamboat. This home is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential equipment. It’s large enough for two families and had a fenced backyard area for our dog. Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get downtown and to the ski slopes. The mattresses were a little too firm for our liking but otherwise fantastic place!

Best experience with lodging maybe ever

We were blown away with the accommodations that iTrip provided. Having never heard of iTrip we were a little nervous going into the trip not knowing what the experience would be like. But they truly went above and beyond with the free shuttles, cleanliness, responsiveness, and flexibility. The only thing is that the sleeping situation was just slightly underwhelming for 8 adults, but we made it work! Highly recommend iTrip and I'm looking forward to another trip with them soon.

It was located with an enormous electrical transformer. Beautiful view of Yampa Valley. Very hilly to walk a dog. Every day there was a burning smell, like from a furnace kicking on. It also felt like the heat was on....suffocating, unless we opened the windows. We closed the windows at night and when we were away from the property. There was no need for the furnace. We followed the instructions about the thermostat, but think it was programmed for 66. The property manager came out and turned off the pilot light, thinking that might cause the smell and checked to make sure all was well. We still had the issue.....not good. You also need to be aware of moose and bear. I don't believe anything was in the property notebook about that. We feel that information needs to be there for those who live in an urban area. The bedrooms were in the lower level, so if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, you need to know that before booking.

Gorgeous views

Beautiful view, complete functioning kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds in 2 main bedrooms, bunk beds are sized for kids and in a room with no windows (wish they were adult sized and in the room with the glass sliding door). Very comfortable for a family of 5 adults and our dog. We would stay here again!

Fantastic property and perfect for 1-2 families with children. Very open floor plan upstairs, fully stocked kitchen. All bedrooms and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown/Lincoln Ave.

Exceeded expectations

We stayed here for 3 weeks and it was very comfortable for us. It’s perfect for working remotely with a downstairs office. The unit was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The coach was a little had but it’s a pull out sleeper and those types are usually very comfortable. The view was fantastic and it’s located in a very nice neighborhood 5 minutes from Main Street.
