We got locked out of the garage, and were told a two hour response would be expected. The response was quicker than that. Because the garage still didn't open, someone then had to go fetch a key. When that didn't work the owner was called and it did take several hours to get the garage working again. Then we were told to leave the unit unlocked because that had happened before and we're afraid it would happen again. That didn't make the stay a little difficult. Parking was also difficult. Two spaces are not enough for that size of house. Additional instructions on where to park, very detailed if you expect guests to be parking in the parking structure attached to the rec center, we're needed. Additional instructions on the shades, fans, lights, cooling units would be helpful. There was at least one ceiling fan that we never could turn on. Staff were friendly and helpful.
