Friends & Family Ski Trip

Super cozy place, ski-in and ski out was excellent, and everyday we stretched our sore muscles in the hot tub overlooking the slopes - would definitely love to return

Perfect space for a weekend with friends

Our family stayed here with friends for a wedding in steamboat. The space was perfect for our crew to work, hang, play, and sleep! Will definitely check it out again the next time we find ourselves in Steamboat!

Awesome location, great views. Saw a lot of wildlife. Close to a lot of different activities.

Very easy and accessible to get into the property. Great space for gathering with your group. Communicating with the property management was very easy and they were responsive. We had a great time!

Fantastic location! really enjoyed the ski in ski out. Condo is a bit dated in places but yet very comfortable. Only being able to park 2 cars was a real inconvenience for us but we managed. We would definitely stay again.

Way better than a hotel

We rented unit 13 for a hockey tournament we were in town for. It accommodated 3 families nicely. It gave us not only a place to rest but a space to share meals and hang out between games.

SBS Slope Side Fun

Great location regarding ski-in/ski-out access. The views were also incredible (you're literally on the mountain). The unit was nice and had plenty of room. We utilized the hot tub everyday (for hours on end). Overall I was extremely satisfied and plan on returning.

Great location

The size and location of the condo was great. In my honest opinion, it could really use a bit of updating, but we felt right at home. We had an issue the moment we got there but sent someone over to fix it immediate, so that was great service. Book the shuttle ahead of time, all the drivers were nice and accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience.

Annual Friends Ski Trip

The property is as good as it looks. An incredible ski-in-ski-out that puts you right on a run that leads straight to the base of the mountain, and past T-Bar. You can also hop off that same run at the end of the day and ski right to the back door of the condo. Hot tub and grill for relaxing after a long day on the mountain, and a very useful shuttle provided by the host company to get into town. Will definitely be looking to stay again next time we're in Steamboat!

Nice place with beautiful views

Loved the comfortable beds and cleanliness. There wasn’t enough parking but when I discussed this with the management company they quickly problem solved this. The hot tub was great. The kitchen is not great for short people as many dishes are out of reach. A stool would be helpful

all worked out fine

6 of us - 2 couples, and 2 singles - enjoyed the townhouse for a week. I picked it primarily for its location, and I’m feeling good about my decision. The ski in/out through the downstairs bedrooms were a concern, but it worked out fine. I’ve stayed in nicer places, and I’ve stayed in worse. This place, I’d consider “adequate”. The beds were all very comfortable - thank you for that important detail. We had humidifiers and fans in all rooms. The kitchen and LR were fine. The bathrooms were ok - nothing fancy, just ok. The place itself was fine. The ski in/out is great. it doesn’t get much better. I will return and I can recommend this to others who don’t require lots of luxury we had a car, but we used the free shuttle service a couple times for group dinner outings. it worked out great

Excellent stay.

The townhome was clean and as described. The private hot tub and views were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would return. I imagine it’s a great ski in/ski out place.

Our group of 6 was well accommodated, it was easy to make meals, and we loved the hot tub deck - having a corner unit was key, as we had plenty of room and great sunset views.

Watch the Sunset from your private hot tub!

As a ski-in/ ski-out property, this couldn't be any better. We were quickly on and off the slopes. Relaxing in the hot tub and watching the sun set was an unbelievable bonus. Fully stocked kitchen; the living area is spacious; ample sleeping for 2 couples with kids. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Property feels very secluded, while being close to town and multiple restaurants, as well as shopping. I would recommend a 4-wheel drive in the winter- I'm not sure we could have made it up the switchbacks in the snow without it. Overall, a fantastic property!
